I was involved in a vehicle accident and chose to bring it to Pelletier's Autobody. I was concerned with the damage to my vehicle as I was hit directly on the wheel, and it could have caused more damage that would have been difficult to assess. Roy and his team made sure my concerns were heard, they went a step further and brought it to a mechanic shop to inspect and complete the mechanical repairs as needed and a wheel alignment. The body repairs were done to the highest standards, they kept me in the loop of the claim. When I went to pick up my vehicle everything looked great and they gave me a breakdown of the work they had completed. My truck runs perfectly and looks great! Absolutely fantastic. Car was done in less days that anticipated for replacing damaged parts. Above and beyond service with washing my car and cleaning the inside on top of the repairs. Super friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Got warranty work done by them and they did a fantastic job! The front receptionist (unfortunately I don’t think I ever got her name) was so so friendly and helpful, I would definitely recommend seeing them for any auto body work as they will do a great job, and the woman at the front desk will definitely make you feel comfortable and will take care of you!
