Allows you to have customization if you use the machine ordering. Ordered a taro and matcha sherbet. Made it less sugar and ice. Matcha was ok, wish it had stronger matcha taste. Taro was good and smooth.

Poor service. Server was aravin. Some drinks we ordered were ok, others lacked flavor / sweetness. Wait is too long. Very unsatisfied. Not worth waiting for and spending money on.

I came here the other day and the service was so good. The girl that seems to be the manager provide such an excellent service to someone like me who has never had Real Fruit Bubble Tea before. She was patient answering my questions and friendly suggesting their House Special Mango Diamond Slush. It tasted so nice and the texture was perfect and sweetness is perfect to my taste as well!Thank you, will visit again

Real Fruit Bubble Tea
I made an order through the app for a drink with classic tapioca, but to my surprise found their homemade tapioca at the bottom when I arrived. Now this wasn't the first time, in fact it was twice in a row now. The homemade just doesn't taste the same and ruins it for me. At that point I would've loved a refund or some other compensation but to my disappointment the lady at the front completely ignored all that. Why not just send me a message through the app letting me know, so I wouldn't have to waste my time and money for an order I made that you don't have? Happened this last week... TWICE

We visited this place last month, the ambience and juices were amazing. The staff was super friendly as well. We plan to go again for our baby's birthday in 2 months

Real Fruit Bubble Tea
Good drinks but they are severely understaffed. Most times I go they won’t even take your order at the counter because their so busy and instead ask you to go to the self order kiosk. However, almost every time I order from the kiosk the machine doesn’t have any paper for a receipt. The receipt has your order number on it. I saw two people wait 20 minutes to put in their order. Staff were so busy they didn’t even notice them. Eventually they just walked away in frustration. I don’t blame the staff. Their just overwhelmed and need more support. Managment should definitely hire more people.

Drinks are so good! 5 star for that. But the employee who's just chatting around and not helping to make some orders is so lazy. Good thing i asked his name! Name is Aravin. So my order number was 195 but they keep on making the order numbers until they reach 200 something and ask that guy where is my order.... guess what? He was just starting to make mine after 209 was called.
