beyond horrible , these guys are scavengers , just when your world collapses , they actually come to bite you , instead of them helping me with a nightmare experience I had in the property , they actually fooled me , did not pay , never respond on time for emails or calls , SPECIALLY NICK BIRGIS , they put us in a depression mode instead of helping us , all they were doing is trying to find anything not to pay and blame us for it , ridiculous , horrible , very serious legal actions we are looking into this , SHAME , Nick asked me to get a place to rent till property finishes and when he approved one , he said oh ya OOPS i can't pay you for that , as per the insurance, made us go to a very ghetto place , cheap , just so they don't pay , shame shame.
