Nothing but great thing to say about Pitt Meadows Orthodontics, the staff are friendly, personable and professional. We have worked with a previous ortho clinic but switched to Pitt Meadows Orthodontics, they have been amazing and we have been extremely happy with the quality of care. I would highly recommend them - they truly care about their patients and go above and beyond.

Both my children are receiving care currently at Pitt Meadows Orthodontics. We are incredibly pleased with their approaches. They talk to the kids like they are human! Which is huuuge for me because it is the kids that are getting the work done and need to know what is going on. they then also fill me in on what's happening. The team is supportive and encouraging. Everyone there is helpful and happy. They have dealt with all my questions with support and understanding. They worked effortlessly with us too in regards to payments. I feel fully confident in the team here and am so thankful for them. I have seen a huge difference in my kids smiles and teeth already. They also celebrate the victories with us! After 2 years of treatment, I can say that I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to do work on their teeth. The staff is incredible, and the doctors genuinely care for their patients. My first visit to Pitt Meadows Orthodontics was extremely impressive. They sat down with me and answered all my questions during the consult with care. The staff has always made me feel so welcome and I always leave in such a good mood. I just love all the staff there! The office is beautiful and I always love visiting. It's very modern and clean. They have helped me with any questions I have had, and even gave me a flower on Mother's Day! I have boasted to numerous people about them and I always highly recommend them. They are the absolute best! :)

If you are needing quality care and personalized service Pitt Meadows Orthodontics is where you need to be. It has been years since I have have had the kind of customer experience that you receive here. My son’s day of his braces coming off was bitter sweet because I knew our time was wrapping up.

My daughter was born without a front upper lateral tooth and her teeth were growing in crooked. Dr Karim and his team were awesome! After 2 years her braces are off and her teeth are perfect! She is now wearing a retainer. They are prompt, efficient, know their stuff and always remember their clients. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

The entire staff is incredibly friendly, personable and professional. They explain everything in a way that is completely understandable and are more than happy to answer any questions you may have. Their work is top notch and they ensure that their patient feels both welcome and important. When you have an appointment, you get right in at the proper time without having to wait. On top of that, they offer payment plans with absolutely no interest charged. I can not recommend Pitt Meadows Orthodontics enough. My daughter now has a beautiful smile and their treatment corrected issues with her front tooth not coming in without the need for dental surgery. Obviously results may vary based on each individuals issue and whether or not you follow their treatment plan properly, but these people genuinely care and it truly shows. The best part is, they are located right in the heart of Pitt Meadows, so there is no need to travel all over the lower mainland to find a proper orthodontist as they are right there, close to home. After seeing multiple orthodontists and dentists who recommended oral surgery, the team at Pitt Meadows Orthodontics stepped up and not only offered guidance and non-invasive procedures, but also were more than happy to offer a discount on their services since I do not have a dental plan. My experience with Pitt Meadows Orthodontics has been extremely positive. From the beginning all of the staff have been very pleasant and helpful. Explanations of treatment are always clear and professional. Both of my children have been very comfortable and happy with their treatment. We would highly recommend this facility and the people who work there.

Always efficient and punctual. Friendly staff who calls you by your name. Barely any wait time either in the lounge or on the chair. I normally just go there during my lunch break without even having to take time off work. Clean and up-to-date clinic.
