My beloved mother’s casket received rave reviews from all. CSR Sandy was outstanding with her Care & service.She was professional, informative & readily available at all times to answer all my questions. It was, unquestionably, the most difficult time in my life, but Walker/Sandy helped me navigate the troubled waters seamlessly....

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM WALKER CASKETS! Absolutely no quality control or customer service. The first casket that was delivered was the wrong colour. The subsequent casket was the correct colour but the casket was damaged. Sandy referred to the damage as “minor”. I have attached a photo, an entire corner was missing. We were only offered a $150 discount. Not a professionally run business. No consideration for the amount of additional stress that was caused by the back and forth of trying to sort out this situation. While the casket was ordered in plenty of time, there were no more available at the warehouse after the damaged one was delivered. We were forced to then order from the funeral home at an additional expense of which they did not offer to compensate us for. So disappointed.
