Zero star horrible rude customer service.I cannot believe this is management company that They don't even know how to check customers email.I sent them documents last November before the due day to withdraw my condo fees. I received confirmation from them.But after weeks, I received a letter saying my condo fee is outstanding? So they never did check on my email with my info in it. They sent me back a late response with new form to fill out again without apologizing and checking my old documents that I attached. So I have to fill out another form again even though I already sent them my financial documents because they are too lazy to check.They responded me that they are saved my file.They said they are hoping that I wont have to send them any more documents in the office without apologizing.But AGAIN I received another email with a different form says my account is outstanding. That I need to fill out the form to resend without get penalty?? Are you kidding me. How many times do I have to send them my important financial documents?I haven't received any response yet after that.I don't trust this company anymore they don't even know how to check emails and how to manage customer service.I could understand if my emails went to a wrong address but when you ask for confirmation that you received it. You should have it .Don't hire this company. I never ever had a customer service treated like a this way. There are many other competing companies that do the same thing look else where.

Khotso has been the most kind and funny person I have ever met. Our conversations are professional and straight to the point but she makes it easy. I’m a tenant and she explained how condos work with ease and patience. Water losses and me feeling safe goes a long way. My kids have adored her comments in the background. Thank you Pivotal for having or hiring great staff.

I am more than pleased with our switch to Pivotal Property Management four years ago. Since we changed, our Windsor Estates condominium management has been very easy and efficient. Emily Hillis is our manager and she has been very nice to deal with. She ensures our meetings and operations run smoothly and quickly addresses any issues that arise. We could not be happier.

Pivotal started managing my building after Ayre & Oxford left.Our parkade door has been sitting wide open at night for almost a MONTH. I notified Pivotal only three days after this occurred the first time, but it is now almost one month later, and the problem is not fixed.This is completely unacceptable, and demonstrates a complete disregard for the safety and security of myself those who live in my building.Obviously, whatever Pivotal is doing to solve this problem is not working, and I see no evidence that anything has been done about the problem yet. No one yet (one month later!) has even contacted residents to explain what is happening and when the door will be fixed.The problem has existed since Feb 26, 2023. I’ll post the date the problem was fixed here, once it is fixed. A full 18’ roll door and all electrical/access control can be fully replaced in 2 days, often 1.

Worst Company! These people do not care about there clients at all. Before we even moved in they took way too long to get back to us if we were allowed our dog at the unit, this was before we closed the sale and could have cost us our house. When we called to get conformation, the company wanted to charge us for call them so late. We lived on the east coast at the time and was four hours behind. This is just one of many ways they have done a horrible job. Stay away from this company if you can.

Our condo association has been working with Pivotal for a number of years and we have been very pleased with them as a property management company. In particular our property manager, Emily Hillis has done an excellent job in chairing our meetings and providing information as required. She is always professional in her dealings with our Board, exceptionally well organized and responds to our requests/concerns in a timely manner. We are grateful to have her as our property manager.

As a board member, our building [a mid-rise condo] has been using Pivotal for just over a year and they've been fantastic. Friendly staff, quick responses, and any work that we've needed was always properly planned out, communicated, and completed in a timely fashion. Will update if things change but so far, I'd recommend them!

After being with the same company for 12+ years, we decided to switch our condo management to Pivotal, and overall, we've been pleased with them. Professional and responsive in their communication (both emails and phone calls) to both the board and residents. Any minor (misc. in-suite repairs) or major issues (structural) we've had were properly addressed/resolved in an acceptable timeframe. I'd no doubt recommend the folks over at Pivotal.

Absolute horrible and terrible to deal with. My car was towed because it wasnt removed from the basement parkade for clean up. I pay for the parking every month and they have the audacity to get it towed and bill me. Couldve called me and asked me to remove it. Lack experience and the lady on phone was extremely rude and lacked empathy.
