Dr. Lu and the whole team at this clinic are incredible. We're moving away and will miss their excellent care and amazing service.

Would never go back for actual work after my consultation. Can’t remember which dentist I spoke to but he was extremely rude and made it very clear that my dental issues were my fault even though my previous dentist had failed to do some things properly, causing me a lot of this grief I’m trying to fix. Also spoke down to me like I was a child too. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone as the whole reason I chose this place was the fact they can put people under and I’m terrified of needles so it’s perfect, but I wouldn’t trust a dentist who gets so defensive about a complaint/story about a dentist (who also works at a completely different office) who messed up.

The staff and Dr. Lucy Lu are very skilled when working with children who have developmental disabilities/ autism by ensuring short waiting times, lower music levels, dimmed lights and consistent communication.

The staff and Dr Gaede were amazing helping me with my dental emergency this morning. I was treated with respect and had the procedure explained to me prior to them extracting my tooth. I felt no pain during my visit. I will be back.Covid protocols were thorough and clear. Well done folks.

First time had my teeth cleaned in Canada. They have been in the business around 40 years. Friendly and professional staff. Yes, they are busy but don’t worry. Their front office called me and offer me an early appointment and I really appreciated. I have been served with Kathy and my teeth feels great! Thank you so much for your service.

Havent had good thing to say sence all the new dentists. Am trying one more time will change rating if it turns out better then before
