Candu - Heating Services

Darryl came by on two occasions now. The first, when I was contemplating a new boiler and had a couple other companies suggesting a new heating system. A few recommendations were offered to improve our situation by Darryl. After contemplating the recommendations, we opted to fix the needed repairs on our original system, that was installed and serviced by other companies.The second visit was for an annual cleaning.We received very professional and punctual service each time, from both Sherry and Darryl that got our old burner running better than it ever has! Darryl is passionate and respectful in his work and fair in pricing.Therefore,I highly recommend him and CANDU Heating Services! Thank you, again!

I got over-heating problem yesterday, and called Candu at 4:00PM. Darry asked if the work can be postponed to next day because it would be charged off-hours fee. I said that I am fine with off-hours fee. Then Darry came to my house and solve the problem. very professional!

Had my old boiler replaced about 10 years ago with a high efficiency one which cut our oil use in half. Couple years later had a pipe banging issue with the valves and they troubleshooted the issue and found a solution. And have been getting regular maintenance service from Candu. Couldn't be happier with the price, quality and friendly service. Highly recommend Candu. Thanks

Rob did a fantastic job cleaning up my furnace and fixing my boiler, he was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me.I'm very happy with the work that was done and would recommend these guys to anyone.

I've gotten good results with these guys. Darryl seems like someone who's passionate about what he does and will give recommendations on what needs to be done with your oil furnace. On a few occasions (weekends and once on a holiday) heat went out at one of my apartments and Darryl came by for the rescue. Would highly recommend them.

Daryl came to fix our furnace and took the time and measure to ensure that our furnace was cleaned and functioning properly. The piping in our house is old and unusual but he went the extra mile to ensure to get everything that needed to be done. He also provided recommendations on how to maintain the furnace and what changes could be made to the house to make it more economical for us and the environment.Although most things were over my head, I appreciate the level of detail he went into to describe what was happening with the furnace.Thanks Daryl!

Excellent service. The owner Daryl came out the other day to get the furnace up and running again. He explained everything he was doing, was friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He explained how the entire furnace works in detail and actually made it run better than it has in over 10 years. Even with the emergency rate and parts it was cheaper than other places on a regular day. If I could give more stars I would. I highly recommend Candu to anyone I know.

Darryl has been a gem that has come into our home and shown us nothing but the upmost respect and a high level of integrity. We first met Darryl over 5 years ago and prior to meeting Darryl we had nothing but problems with the beast (our furnace) until we finally ran into a guy that had equal the amount of integrity as Darryl who happen to be his mentor. Not to mention at the time he was working with a completely different company that was graciously willing to keep taking advantage of us but by the good grace of god we where sent a gentleman that was not in line with the values and beliefs of this other company that I will not mention for lack of better words and reason, and we met Darryl. From the time we met Darryl we could not afford what we really needed to get done with the furnace as he was open and candid and explaining our issues. However, Darryl did everything in his power to work with us to help create a system that we could afford that would run effectively and efficiently allowing us a piece of mind over the winter months which usually led to ongoing calls to the pass company we where dealing with. Today I am proud to say that we have been blessed to get to know Darryl and truly would not want it any other way as we have a new system that he recommended from the beginning that we could now afford and no it did not cost us our body, mind, and soul. In fact, our new system has been set up in away to save us money and to save our environment unnecessary carbon and with that being said I want to thank Darryl and his team (Sherry and the others) for being such phenomenal people from the very day we called CANDU until now. We will not go anywhere else as good people are simply hard to come by. Looking forward to are next services a year from now to assure we maintain a healthy running systems for our home and the environment.

Received exceptional service from Candu.I called Darryl for first time this year for yearly furnace maintenance. He sent Rob to do the job. Rob is very attentive and detail oriented. He thoroughly inspected and cleaned the furnace. He also fixed our no hot water problem and explained how my system works!Almost after a month my furnace started making weird noise and it started to smell oil inside of basement. I again called Darryl at around 9:30PM. He immediately picked up phone and listened to my problem politely. He promised to send Rob next day 9:00 am in the morning and rob was there at 8:59. Very punctual.Rob tried his best way to figure issue and fixed it by replacing oil pump which was the ultimate culprit.I truly appreciate Darryl’s professional attitude and help. I also highly appreciate Rob’s patience since he has to work in limited space around my furnace which was making it difficult to reach to some parts of the furnace.Ultimately I am extremely satisfied with the service I paid for!Thanks!
