Took 8 weeks to receive a sweater when told it would only be 2-6 weeks at the most. I had to call the store myself and then have the principal of our school call too to find out when the product would arrive. Lo and behold, the sweater was there within hours of the principal calling. Interesting! No apology from staff and the quality isn't very good. Not impressed with this supplier.

Very helpful staff. Great attitude and attention to details. Never had problems with quality but I understand that some might as these uniforms are seriously abused. Some models could have more modern design but not a big deal. It is always easier to buy early. There are promotions if ordering early in the summer. I understand that some people procrastinate until the end of August and face lineups and shortage in available sizes.

Always out of uniform items. Ordered and waited forever for my child's uniform to be available. When I called to get an update like a month after I was told that they stop making shirts and pants to make sweaters because the weather changed. So I had to wait until they satisfied the sweater orders before that got my child's uniform tops in. I dont get it, but I guess they have the monopoly so they get away with this.

Never enough of anything no matter what season you go, only 2 people attending, been waiting for a 8 weeks for a dress uniform for my daughter!This is worst then McCarthy's!to pricey for service and product!

I really enjoyed the appointment only format. The staff was very helpful and I found that the online booking process was seamless. I found the experience overall to be very efficient and the staff much more dedicated when it is appointment only. Great job!

Prices are ridiculous for the quality of products. They tell you time and time again they’re stepping up their game the next year and they never do... sending my kid to a uniform school costs me more money than replacing good quality clothing that will actually last an entire year .UPDATE- September 2020still the worst uniform store. website is horrible still.

Service for the curbside pick up was fantastic, staff was helpful and courteous. Great job during these Covid 19 restrictions. My order was processed within a week, everything was exactly as ordered -ty to Angelica.Thanks to all for your hard work during these trying times.

Very crowded, small store and just 2 clerks attending. To be honest the cost of these uniforms is crazy high. I would spend less money buying a brand new set of outfits for my kids at gap or other store like this. On top of that, during check out, they ask you personal information without any explanation about that requirement.Sadly, we don't have any options.

this uniform store has limited stock. Only one of the people who work there is actually doing something. poor quality of uniforms. they have nothing in stalk even when I brought my child to get shorts they said they were getting them in a few weeks. (they never did) shipping takes forever. they told me a few weeks and it has been a few months. I will continue to send my child to school with non uniform sweaters and pants and I don't care what her teachers say. The school board does not know how to find a good supplier. they should really change.
