In insurance there is a big range in the quality of offices and agents. Nina's office is top notch and the staff are fantastic. I usually talk with Dev when I call in and she is so pleasant to work with and always leaves me with a positive experience. Highly recommended.

Don’t use them! They don’t care how much you pay, will lie to you about discounts you’re able to receive, and my insurance with no tickets, just went up 500 per month… what a joke!

All of my insurance is now with Nina and her team at Desjardins. Make no mistake, insurance is both a serious and important consideration for your family and property and you don't want to play games with people who don't know the business or 'newbies'. Nina and her team are EXCELLENT. Very helpful, knowledgable from years and years of experience, and you don't end up waiting on hold on the phone for an answer for hours like so many companies nowadays. Highly recommended

Very professional and friendly service. Setting up my first tenants policy was made quick and easy through Nina’s office. As a student I had no idea how getting insurance worked but Nina’s staff broke everything down into simpler terms for me to understand every aspect of my policy.
