Bonnyville, AB. Always love the hard working staff. New loaded chili bowl was underwhelming. It's nice that Tim Hortons has garbage and recycling receptacles when driving thru.

By far the worst sausage english muffin I have ever had. It was basically thrown in a bag (wasn't together like a sandwich; everything had fallen out), and was very cold. And the taste was absolutely awful!!!

Tried the new Maple Bacon breakfast sandwich. Very strong maple flavor. Smallest sandwich I've ever had. Not worth the price.

Awful we sat there to fet one thing off of our order two orders one vehicle we paid amd waited another 5 minutes to learn our order was just sitting there and not given to us amd they told us to leave? Pretty stupid customer service either hire smarter people or fire the trainer!! They also did not have what we wanted...out of ALL the Tim Hortons they are a right there at .05 out of 10 Alberta wide!! They give you attitude when they cannot communicate or offer GOOD CUSTOMER SETVICE..CONSISTENTLY AWFUL!!

Generally ok service.A few times in evenings they were to busy to serve customers at the counter.In the past month I was given 2 sabotaged coffee cups. One had a dent added to the paper cup and one was a knife puncture, both positioned to spill down your chin and chest when you took that first drink.Be careful ordering from here.

No pride I’m the product they offer . Sandwiches just tossed in the wrap and shoved in the bag the other day. Not even wrapped properly. Bagels with chunky cream cheese not even spread.Sound unbelievable ? because it’s unbelievable that a manager would allow staff to serve this low of a quality product behind their work.And smile cookies this week with white icing - and extremely soft ( like raw) that’s not how Tim hortons markets them. Stop hiring lazy staff and hire people who put pride in their work .Also ordering at the drive through menu repeat something a few times and get to the window get your items, but they repeatedly miss items , to which you then have to pay for at the window. As if the customer is inconveniencing them. Well pay attention people just want the items they have asked for .Last time visiting this either location because they both suck.

Went through the drive thru, at the speaker I asked what kind of cookies they had currently and they told me two different kinds. I said I would take one of each. When I got to the window they had no cookies at all...Today I went through again and asked for a muffin. Confirmed she got the muffin and she said yes. I get to the window, she didn't get the muffin....

I just know how some people survive? Where are the listening and comprehension skills! Going through the drive thru and I asked for a honey crueller, repeated it twice because the young lady didn’t seem to comprehend. Got to the window, picked up my order and hit the road. 3 minutes down the road and I opened up my “honey crueller” and there was a glazed donut in the bag! Train your staff to listen and pay attention to what the customer is saying!

Nicest staff tonight (03/08/22), got my usual vanilla ice capp and she made a hige tower of whip cream, i was surprised as usually its just a dollop or so of it, she made my night so much better as you have the best whip cream
