I got a quote on the phone which the owner increased after I got there. Before confirming the right material he cut off my exhausts and didn't even return the removed material. He removed the material then told me that the price was double than initially given. Use at your own risk. I DO NOT recommend this service

Tried to get a radline made was told it would be worked on 4pm on Wednesday then 7am on Thursday then wasn't even started until I took it back at 11am on Thursday and no apology for the lack of organisation will never go back again. Went to A&A in Stoney Creek instead.

Ordered new exhaust from y pipe to new 7” stacks came in late always an excuse and wrong y pipe and elbows now 18 months later still missing rain caps and elbow but charged my credit card . I have 4 contact numbers for them and they won’t answer or return calls , I would never deal with this place again so I ended up having to buy the missing pieces elsewhere because they wont fix the screw up but yet they have my money so a steer tech exhaust ended up costing me a pile of money and lost revenue while waiting for parts . I would never recommend this place even to my worst enemy not worth the aggravation . I don’t even give them 1 star

I work for a heavy truck repair shop that tries it absolute hardest to minimize downtime for our customers. Having the professionals at Steer Tech on our side makes my job that much easier. I called Don in a pinch when no one had what I needed in the entire province and he did what it took to get the truck rolling again. I cannot begin to thank him and everyone at Steer Tech enough. Nick's trucks ordered a steering box and came over the weekend. Called when was having issues and Dave called me right back. There was a adjustment screw and walked me through the process. Good guy and thanks Dave
