I had gone to know more about the air wrap and it was such a pleasant experience. Divya, the sales executive, who helped me out really knew stuff well. She patiently answered all my questions and did a really helped demo as well. I made the purchase especially because she could really show all the features and the ease with which even a beginner can use this hair styling equipment.

Wife was complaining about our old vacuum being too noisy so went there last week. I had the pleasure of meeting Ohan and was incredibly impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, and passion for the products he sells. He took the time to listen to my concerns and needs, asking thoughtful questions to understand what I'm looking for. His recommendations were spot-on, and I ended up purchasing a vacuum that exceeded my expectations.If anyone needs a Dyson product, would highly recommend visiting this store and having a chat with Ohan to help you out.

Looking in to getting a Dyson product but was unsure of which one and the differences between each one. Rajat was really helpful and not pushy! He understood we are in the process of researching what we want properly before purchasing. This approach will more than likely make Yorkdale our Dyson store to purchase at when we are ready. Rajat wrote down the details of both producta we were looking at and easily answered our questions. Hope to see him when we purchase! He's great.

He went over every details and answered all the queries we had. His recommendations also made sense based on our requirement description. Bailey and the team at the store were amazing.Despite the store being busy, they acknowledged me and assured me I would be helped once someone had time.Bailey listened to my needs, and based on that was able to demonstrate different vacuums, and accessories which would actually be useful.Super friendly staff and environment in the store.

I went into the store cuz I wanted to get an airwrap and no one helped me how to use or explain about anything. I ended up buying it cuz I wanted to get it but not happy at all for their customer service.And arent they suppose to engrave my initial on the box?!They didn’t even bother to ask me.Ridiculous service for this price.

I went to return something. Every one was super kind but the man who returned my item said it would take a month to process and then an extra week for the return. I got my full refund 6 days later. I think he maybe just didn’t want to deal with it? I’m not sure! He was kind but that was the vibe I got! So don’t listen if they say it takes ages! It took 6 days total :)

I went in yesterday needing assistance to buy an air purifier. Divya was wonderfully patient in explaining all my options, and in guiding me towards the product that best suited my needs. When the product I wanted was not in stock, she helped me figure out the best solution. She was truly lovely and incredibly helpful, it made my whole experience at the store a really great one. Highly recommended!
