RONA Burlington

Ed at the service counter is amazing. Every time I have had question over the years and sought his advice, he has been patient, professional, very knowledgeable and gives clear and concise recommendations. I learn something from each experience. Very often I have decided to purchase something from Rona instead of a competitor just based on wanting to reciprocate his kindness by giving my business to Rona. As a matter of fact, my experience with most of the staff at the Burlington Rona has been very positive. Unfortunately when I have to visit other hardware store to find something not carried by Rona Burlington, I am reminded that this level of customer service and professionalism is outside the norm. Thank you Ed and all the staff at Rona Burlington!

Really love going here. I would drive past any other stores to get to Rona . The guys at the service desk are super helpful, and they get me the right parts quickly. I will keep going there for the great service!

Not much of kitchen cabinet display..and no one to help... having to climb stairs to the somewhat display was difficult for wife injured leg... Guelph much better store with more display and options.....

it was fine, nice store. reminded me of small town hardware store. unfortunately it will prob close soon. not busy and all the competition. sad. support if you can!

I like your store. Awesome customer service always! What I hate the most is your hours ? please match that with home depot. reducing 1 star due to that.

Bought a gazebo 3 weeks back .Also paid for installation , they said they will call to schedule a date . Never called .We contacted them multiple times , even went to the store and spoke with installation team .They said they will call. But no call yet .Really disappointed .......

I went in to look for screws for floating shelves. The instructions didn't give me the screw and anchor size. Rory was amazing. He googled and looked for information for me. He found out the size for me and got me the exact size I needed. He really went above and beyond. This saved me so much time.

Very little product and product knowledge all around , took me 5 staff before I even got what I needed

Awesome service in Paint by Julian. They have food products but Rona is a little pricey. Overall worth it though. You get what you pay for!
