I was at tim hortons (60 McNaughton Ave, Wallaceburg, ON N8A 1R9) today (Sept 14, 2022, approx 11:00 am) when I walked into the establishment and walked up to the counter, no one came to my attention for about 5 minutes. I had to ask for someone to get off their phone so I could order. I thought nothing of it as they could be short staffed and it could be an important call. I ordered like I normally would and then waited down at the pick up counter for my food. 10 minutes later I haven't seen anyone make any progress on my food. I asked one of the employees and she just shrugged me off. After another 5 minutes I got a little bit louder as no one was moving or doing anything and I asked what's going on as they took my money and i dont have my food. I got a little reckless but still spoke with respect and asked where my food was. They finally said it would be 1 minute. When I got my food the lady at the counter threw it at me and when I said have a nice day she said “okay” and went back to the back room. So after +15 minutes of waiting and rude staff, they gave me the wrong thing. I asked for 2 sausage farmers wraps and they gave me 2 bacon farmers wraps and no eggs, hash browns and sauce. bacon and a tortilla. I will not be returning to this establishment and I hope no one else does too.

Award for the slowest service in Canada goes to this Tims!Be prepared to wait 20 mins in drive through line. Just turn off you car and wait. This happened to me every time I visit this place.Even at night with only car they take their sweet time to serve you.More people they have on shift, slower the service.Staff or management don’t care when I spoke to them they say OK. . Gas is at alone $2 / litre and coffee line up makes coffee from location more expensive.

Worst Tim Horton’s I’ve ever been to. 2 cars in line takes roughly 15 - 20 minutes, they’re constantly out of stock of every item, and there’s only one person reasonable to deal with at the drive-thru window. I would say management needs a good re-training session.

I drove 10 minutes from tupperville to get lunch. Two people ahead of me in line waited 7 minutes to get served. They were out of everything and unapologetic. No soups except chicken noodle no chili at all and not even tomatoes for sandwiches. I chose to get nothing and left hungry. I don't think it's unreasonable expectations to have the ingredients to make the food on your menu.

I am a diabetic and I ordered a double double made with sweetner I got a 4x4 made with sugar I called to complain and they don't take incoming calls the service here is falling faster than the water going over Niagara falls

As usual, Tim Horton's is all about their image and not their product. Staff are always great, but the weak coffee and bad food is gross.

Quality of food not as per Tim Horton's standard. Sandwhich bun was burnt and wedges was dried and barely filled half of the container. I wish google review allows photo upload.

I thought the Tim Hortons in Mount Forest had the slowest service in Ontario, but today, this one gave that title a run for its money. It's was before lunchtime, and it was lined up to the door...maybe they had staffing issues today, though the drive thru seemed fully staff, and they had 1 lonely server for inside customers.Also, I was disappointed that this Tim Hortons doesn't offer honey as a sweetener for coffee or tea, where other Tim Hortons do.
