I am really happy that we found Shaheen as our agent as he knows what he is doing. He acts as a buyer's agent if he is a buyer's agent unlike many other realtors I have come across and trust me I did go through a few until I found someone that worked just right for us. He puts himself in his client's shoes and then gives advise. He never under any circumstances forced us to passively tried to make us agree on a price which we didn't want. Amazing service and great communication. He also spared his weekends which we really appreciate and all the early chilly mornings that he scheduled for us. Understands his client's needs and put the client first which is key to a successful relationship between the agent and the seller.JUST AMAZING!

Shaheen was ALWAYS available for home tours. his responsiveness was incredible. If he didn’t pick up, he always call back no longer than 10 minutes later.he did an incredible amount of information gathering about the process, status of city and county inspections, and reviewing all documents . The delivery of the information was straightforward: present the info and talk about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. he really treat the situation like he is purchasing the property – he looks out for you and have your best interests in mind.He was helping even during his weekend regardless the time ..Really appreciate his help in getting us the right home…Thanks Shaheen
