Farmers Dell Laundromat

Been coming here for years, it was always pleasant with the one lady that's ussally here with the short light brown hair (I think her name is Denise) and has always been kind.First time seeing this white hair older lady named Cheryl working and she was very rude to me, complained, and wanted the doors locked at 630 so she could go home early.She argued with us our entire visit which was very unpleasant.Will take my business else where next time or will only come when Denise is working.

For the third time I arrived 2 hours before close. Each time the door is locked, someone is inside and the sign on the door says a particular time for close and I am 2 hours before that time. This time I knocked and a nasty lady says they are closed as she needs to clean. Why do you give your hours to be 8pm if you are closing at 6. To pack up and organize 5 loads of laundry, arrange for someone to watch your children, than to put it in your car is a huge effort just to be told the laundromat is closed ....yet I had a picture of their open times on my phone to be sure this doesn't happen. IF YOU POST OPEN AND CLOSE TIMES THEN STICK TO THOSE TIMES

This laundromat has good pricing for washing and drying your clothes. There is an attendant that is there for the customer and is very friendly and helpful. They have a sink basin for customer use. It feels like a down-home experience when you're here this is where I'll be doing my laundry from here on out.

The washing machine smoked and the old lady at the shop blames its because I put lots of clothes and says to pay for her machine !!?? After I told that she better take care of her machines being serviced on time she stops complaining. Anyways its not good to be rude to the customers.All this while it was a good place to be.

Love that they have large capacity washing machine, for my king size comforter. Attendant was very helpful. Place was clean, and not too busy for a holiday.Would definitely recommend!!

Horrible customer service! Elderly lady is rude for no reason.. showed up at 6:33pm to wash one load as our washing machine broke suddenly. Did not need to use the dryer. The door was locked and she came to the door saying “We are closed!” I said “it says 8pm on the door, I just need to do one load of wash” She said “Oh that’s what they all say!” And that the last load needs to be in at 6:30pm. Why do your hours say close at 8pm if you are locking the door and refusing ppl at 6:30?? I don’t normally write reviews but I just couldn’t get over how rude she was!

Friendly and helpful staff present at all times. Machines and space well maintained and clean. Machines work well and price is very reasonable.

Nice clean atmosphere. Customer service is excellent. Never had any issues with machines at all. If you ask any questions the employees will help you right away. Looking forward to go back again to clean my clothes. Prices are good too

Everything worked well. Counter worker was friendly and helpful. Limited dryers compared to the amount of washers.

The service to have my BnB linens cleaned, folded and ready in reasonable timing is well worth the trip to a neighbouring town. We have a new laundromat in our community and can be very busy. However when lack of clean, raised prices and failing equipment started with an absent owner, I was quick to refer FDL,..and no hesitation to return
