Right at Home Canada - Home Care - Fraser Valley

We started using Right at Home services in Sept 2020. My mother has dementia and was not ready to go into a long term care home. I found RIH online after having been less than satisified with other companies we tried previously. 100% recommend Right at Home. With RIH I have been so impressed over the entire duration! From the initial consultation to the final day. Owner Bobbie was available to us at all times, which I found very comforting. Veronica in the office was super helpful and patient with our high maintenance scheduling (we had very tricky scheduling and last minute changes). She also came out to train in person if we had a new person coming in. We often had Crystal with our Mum, she was AMAZING with her. She not only helped my Mum with showering etc, but with EVERYTHING from changing linens, light housekeeping, cooking healthy meals, companionship and the list goes on. We also really like Mona - the office was great for trying to keep only 1 or 2 workers on the schedule with my Mum because of her dementia. Everyone has been Covid safe, wearing masks, washing hands, sanitizing.My Mum's condition has deteriorated quickly so we are now moving her into a long term care home. We will miss everyone and want to thank them all for being so special, it's really helped make our transition easier. Thank you Right at Home crew xo

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Right at Home in the Fraser Valley. My husband and I live in Ontario and have been struggling to care for his 89 year old mother who lives alone and has dementia. Veronica, our care planner, has been so helpful and has done a great job of pairing just the right home care aide with my MIL. Bobbie is an angel! She has been a lifeline for us and my MIL has developed a trusting relationship with her. I am so happy that we chose Right at Home. We are so grateful to Veronica and Bobbie for being there whenever we needed them. They are both professional, friendly, non judgmental and always willing to help find a solution to the problems in long distance care. Thank you both so much!

Choosing Right at Home to help our parents with their daily needs this last year, after Mom's fall and hospitalization, has been the best decision!! Bobbie and her team of excellent caregivers, and Veronica's excellent work in the office and orientating new caregivers in the home ,has changed our lives! Bobbie's integrity and caring and loving attitude towards our family and parents has been far above and beyond what I would have expected but am so appreciative of. She and Veronica have been absolutely determined and tireless in finding exactly the right fit in caregivers to our parents. And her high standards of the care they receive from those caregivers has been top notch! A very caring, well run and communinicative organization, team and management, Right at Home has made a real difference in our lives and the lives of our parents this last year! I can't recommend them more highly!!

The staff of Right at Home were very professional and kind. Although we only required their home care services for a few weeks, they were quick to accommodate and responsive to all of our needs and requests. They were thorough with respect to the important details. Most importantly they showed great kindness to our family at all times. I would highly recommend Right at Home Canada.

The caregivers are personable and efficient. They try to help do anything that makes our lives easier. A little issue with timing and some extra charges but all in all an excellent experience. Just needed to understand the way things worked. Having consistent caregivers who are excellent with my wife is appreciated.

Right at Home Fraser Valley has been a wonderful and very appreciated service for us over the last few months. They provided loving, safe and helpful care to my mother-in-law. Time was taken to provide a great fit in a caregiver to match personalities. My MIL felt cared for and enjoyed every visit. There was never a complaint. Communication with the administration and caregiver reports was very good. We recommend them!

My mom has Alzheimer and wishes to stay in her home. Mom did not like the idea of someone coming into her home to care for her. I did a lot of research on websites and read reviews on care companies. When I contacted Right at Home I asked questions and set out expectations for my mom’s care. The Care Planner listened to what the needs were and provided us with the most wonderful Care Aide. She is absolutely the right match for mom, she truly does care for mom’s wellbeing. Communication is good and they are quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Written reports by the Care Aide are provided every two weeks, that I find insightful. Mom is doing well, eating good, going on outings and now has a new friend she really likes!Living in a different province than my mom has not been easy. I am feeling more at ease knowing mom is being well cared for. I am so grateful to the Team (Bobbie, Veronica, Taren) at Right at Home - Fraser Valley!

We hired Right at Home for our Mom after she suffered several mini strokes.They provided excelent care for her in regards to showering, meals, housework and running errands for Mom.The ladies she had come in to help were very friendly and were also very flexible in days and times for Moms appointments.We would strongly reccomend Right at Home for yourself or a loved one if you find a need for a caring and reliable home care provider.Thank you Right at Home for all you did for our Mom!!

Veronica and her team were absolutely wonderful with my grandma. They are all so compassionate, professional, and hard working. Even with frequent schedule changes due to my grandma's health challenges they were flexible and caring; their first question when I called was always how she was doing and how we (the family) were doing. I will happily recommend them to everyone I know seeking home care services.
