I have nothing but praise for Denise and the team at Heritage for how they helped me through the process of ordering a monument for my late father.I didn't really know what to expect when I first reached out but was quickly put at ease by the service I received. My questions were answered quickly & satisfactorily each time and the end result was exactly what I wanted.Handling everything virtually during COVID-19 (and the fact I live in Ontario) added an extra layer of complexity but Denise ensured I was kept informed and provided details and photos along the way ensuring the result was as I had expected.Thank you for all your help throughout this process and how you handled things carefully, professionally, respectfully and made everything so easy from my end.
