Sullivan Medical Clinic

I have been trying to book a in person appointment for one week now. Finally I booked a in person appointment but then I get a msg that dr will call me and it will be a in phone appointment. So I called and I was given another appointment next day for in person. But from there system I got another text telling my that Dr will call you....and that makes me confused and frustrated. So I called to check in and the lady confirm that it is in person appointment. So now I am going there and hoping to see and dr and share my problem.

This is a new clinic for me, and I've had nothing but good experiences here.  I came in with a lot of anxiety from my previous doctor, and this place has been so great at reassuring me through their actions that things will be better here.  I really feel like my new doctor hears me.

All the doctors in the clinic were accommodating and met my needs. If they are accepting new patients, I recommend coming here.

Used to be a great walk in clinic. Over the years it's been really hard to get a hold of them. One time I waited half an hour. Just had an appointment with Parveen Ali, she was rude. Needs to work on her people skills.

I had an appointment today in person with Dr. Morovati. When I came in today at 9am for my appointment I was told by the receptionist that my appointment was over the phone. I told her I booked in person as it was for a skin related issue and I made sure it was in person. She then stated the Dr did not come in and was doing phone appointments. Why not just tell me from the beginning instead of telling me I booked a phone appointment. I went out of my way to drive here for a 9am appointment in traffic/construction to not have my healthcare issue addressed.The healthcare system in BC is broken- 24 hour policy to cancel an appointment however no notice to state my appointment has been changed to over the phone- let me guess- the doctor still gets paid- terrible clinic. Unethical

Great service! Doctor B was such a great help in an emergency. Couldn’t find another walk in clinic to take me on the same day. Staff was also friendly, no one judged me at all despite so many other MOA’s giving me a dirty look!

I am so happy I found Dr. K. Kaur. She is so friendly and caring. Listens carefully to problems and is very knowledgeable. The office staff are also very friendly and helpful. It is also convenient tohave Pharmasave in the same building with a very pleasant pharmacist.Thank you Sullivan Medical Clinic for a well run clinic.

I booked a appointment for today for a walk in. Get a call from them saying Dr.Morovati will call you today my appioment was at 10.45 am I waited all day for the dr. to call . He did not call me I called the medical clinic no one anwersed the phone. this place is a joke why have a Receptionist when they not do there Jobs. Then you will get a email from them saying they are Sorry what a joke. they just like wasting your time I dont know how this place is still running with such bad sercive. I do not recommended this place to any one go some where esle.

After many bad experiences trying to find a family doctor I am very happy with this clinic. Dr. Kaur is kind and always listens to my concerns and the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful.

Reception is one if the best always kind to the patients and their needs! Dr Bains is super nice and always willing to help and provides the best needs with any health issues or cases!
