My husband and I had a horrible experience at the Brick furniture store in London trying to buy a mattress. We already had our hearts set on a mattress that they sold, so we thought we'd give this store a try. We were not disappointed. Justin was absolutely fantastic in helping us get what we needed. Cynthia helped us out with out in selecting a new mattress. It was our third stop in our hunt and we are certain that we ended up pulling the trigger with our purchase here because of her confidence and knowledge in connecting our criteria to what ended up being a perfect fit. Damian was more than helpful! He was knowledgeable and honest which I love when shopping for any purchases. He even took the time to go over all the information regarding financing and getting approved and made sure I was leaving happy and informed. This is one of the best, if not, the best mattress store in London. They have very friendly and knowledgeable staff. We met Justin and he was very helpful and patient with us…we were very confused about which mattress to go for but Justin helped us and answered all of our questions. Most of the sales rep try to be pushy and just want a sale but we experienced none of that here.If you are thinking about buying a new mattress, I recommend you to go there and talk to Justin or any of their staff, it is far better than just ordering it online…you can try different mattresses and get the best one for yourself, you won’t regret it.
