I was having good time sitting in the store having my food but then I suddenly noticed that the manager working there said No to a boy for using the washroom as according to him only the customers have an access to the washrooms. I confirmed the name of the manager was Satyam. I guess in four years of my stay in Canada this is the worst thing i have ever seen as the people in nova scotia are very polite and nice.

My food was on my tray within 60 seconds of placing my order. I haven't seen that in a fast food eating establishment in years.My only complaint is that there is a shattered pane of glass that has not been fixed for a few months. Gives the place a run down feel and/or the idea that drugged out no goods" people hang out there."

Ordered from this Wendy's and nearly EVERY EVENING I ORDER, they end up giving me the wrong items or items that are disgusting all the time!I just wanted some ice cream this evening. They gave me the wrong order once already tonight. I reordered after getting a refund and this is what they sent me! Probably the EXACT same frosty's they forgot to give me an hour before I reordered! Absolutely atrocious and recommend EVERYBODY to not order through delivery services from this restaurant during the evenings as their evening staff seem to be terrible employees! I work in the industry and can tell anyone straight up that it isn't rocket science!

Food wasn't good...and when I was looking for washroom...the manager named Mr. Satyam standing there asked me whether I am a customer or not as the washrooms are allowed only for the customers. I would like the owner to have a talk with the manager (Satyam) to not show such behaviour to customers.

One of the best sandwiches in town. Serve as order as they promise. Always need to wait up minutes for your sandwiches and fires. But they definately worth the wait. One thing quite confusing is people here ask for sandwiches as single.

Went there for breakfast this morning it took a very long time with no explanation for delay. When my husband took a bite out of his baconator I noticed a long blonde hair. (I have black hair and my husband is bald and no one in the restaurant had blonde hair.)I took the food back and the manager just took the sandwich without a word to me. When she back around the corner I told her to refund my money she proceeded to tell me I could eat the rest and she could refund the one with the hair. And she still hasn't apologized. Worse service ever. I work beside this restaurant but I will not be back.

I was very impressed by the kind service of the cashier as well as the exceptionally quick service. My food was on the tray right when I finished paying. Great service.

This is the first time I've been here to this Wendy's on Quinpool Road and I'll definitely be going back the food is amazing the people who work there are very very friendly and it's really clean huge parking lot in back just off a triple road so either tons of places to park and there's other places you can go as well that are in that parking lot I recommend Wendy's hands down
