Tam is great! He is so nice and so professional. Any repair I bring him, he always has an answer. I've gone to him for years and he is the only one I trust with my designer shoes and bags! Great price as well for the quality repair that you get.

Not the cheapest place around (~$50 for rubber outsoles), but they have done a lot of good work for me on formal shoes and even some golf shoes over the years. All of it has been executed well and held up to my gnarly hooves clomping around (new rubber, leather in the heels etc.). They always give the shoes a good shine and once over before I get them back too, which is a nice touch. Take home message: Most reliable shoe repair in downtown YYC.

I have taken quite a few pairs of horse riding boots to have their zippers replaced there. Good workmanship and very fair prices. They also did a great job putting new heel soles on some of my wife's shoes.

I used this place for many years while living downtown. I was always satisfied and the work held up. The owner is honest and straight forward. I recently moved and tried a new place closer to where I live. Big mistake.The inconvenience of driving downtown is worth it for me, knowing that the work will be done right the first time.

Quality service and workmanship. I had the heels replaced and rubber protective soles installed on my dress shoes. It was $30 for the heel and $40 for the sole, but well worth the price and done exactly when he said it would be. The new heels and soles were integrated seamlessly onto my shoes, and look like they were originally part of the shoe. They also use quality Vibram products for their heels and soles. He also initially told me the heels didn't look worn enough to replace, but upon closer inspection saw that they were starting to fall of of the shoe. Good to know he won't overcharge you for services you don't need.$70 might seem a bit steep for soles and heels, but better to replace those every 2-3 years than a much more expensive dress shoe!

Did an awesome job on a heel repair for my boots. They also shined them up and made the leather look good for no extra charge. The guy is super friendly, and service was timely. I'll happily come back for any future shoe repairs.

Wow! I'm very impressed with the work the Shoe Master did on my heals. I brought in two pairs of my everyday work heals, and they get really beat up. The leather was starting to wear on the back on one pair so much so I was in the market for a new pair. The Shoe Master made then look brand new! The leather is now tight and uniform. The absolute best place you can take your designer shoes to! I took my christian louboutin boots here that had a broken zipper and his prices are so fair to replace the whole zipper was only $60 and these were $2500 boots so absolutely worth it. He even called me and was super transparent about everything he recommended to ensure these boots will last even longer before continue working on it. I told him i was in a bit of an urgent rush for these shoes and normally he would take a week but he was able to finish them in 2 days for me for an exception!!!! BLOWN AWAY BY THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would highly recommend everyone have the pleasure of dealing with the nice man here.
