This is the 1st time I've been there and I'm impressed. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I thought my windshield fluid reservoir had a hole in it again and they could have told me that was true but instead, they found the real problem, fixed it and put fluid in my reservoir. It cost about 60% of what I thought I'd have to pay. Very happy.

I've been here multiple times and always had great service. I think the guy who said that someone was high must have high himself. Scott has always been fair and honest and says it like it is. Thanks for your great and professional work you've provided. If need be I'll go back without hesitation.

With a little trepidation, I left my electric vehicle (2011 Chevy Volt) with them as it was making a horrible whining noise.I picked up my car, and it was like getting back an old friend. Everything works just fine, and the joy of the silent electric drive is back.The repair estimate was correct. The work was done professionally, and the proprietor showed me a picture of the original damaged part (the electric motor stator bearing was literally falling apart). I am much comforted by the fact that I now have a good resource for repairing the vehicles of the future right here in Dunnville.

In and out with an appointment to lose the winter slicks and replace with summer tread tires.Told me it'll be 45 to a hour so I went grocery shopping and please let me stressthey are honest and down to earth folks that I trust, implicitly.You don't get that corporate false smile and vague promise you get service. You get in and out.You pay a fair price.This is a nice family of hard working and dedicated people.Thanks very much Scott.They do a good job under coating, too.

New Tech has been servicing our family vehicles since we moved here over a year ago. Scott is honest, knowledgeable and to the point. All qualities that I believe are important in a mechanic. I know when my wife or myself take our vehicles in, we aren't going to be taken for a ride which I appreciate. Our last mechanic took it upon himself to go on a treasure hunt at every visit which always cost us way more than expected. With Scott, we know what needs to be done upfront and what it's going to cost. No BS and no wasting our time and money. Would definitely recommend this shop to everyone.

Excellent work, honest assessments, and realistic prices. It's rare to find a garage where you don't feel like you're being taken to the cleaners. I always leave pleased with the work, the price, and the conversation. IMHO this is the best shop in the region.
