I had an assessment done with a Speech/ Language pathologist…Melissa Vincent in my home… she was so helpful, giving me so many great options for my issues with swallowing!I suffer with a rare disease affecting my swallowing, and yet she was knowledgeable!I found her so very kind, and professional, one of the nicest I have met over the years!Follow up was done… she still said how I could get hold of her through Bayshore if I develop any issues with my swallowing!Thank you Melissa!

Both of my parent suddenly needed care, and due to the shortage we have two different companies coming into the house. Bayshore’s services have been excellent. Have called to confirm the visit times and have never cancelled or just a no show. The other provider has failed to show up multiple times, never calls to confirm, or does nothing

Nurses are good and do their jobs well,office is totally incompetent of answering any questions or taking any responsibility of everyday operations, every time I called they put me off to someone else,take no responsibility,no curious call when they know no nurse is coming that day,very disappointed

unorganized. does not seem to care about patients, staff or clients. dissapointed to say the least. had to switch when i was taking care of my dad also.
