Convenient new location but super unfriendly technicianI'd rather drive further for better attitude

Got there for 8:05 was out in 15 minutes despite the girl working being solo. I'm assuming because it's new and not busy yet that is why they only have 1 staff member. Hopefully once it's more established they will hire someone as an admin so the girl taking blood doesn't have to be everything.

Parking in an area outside congested area of city with a payment request??? I understand controlling business expenses but cheap cheap cheap! Lifelabs isone technician who carried a bossy message and an attitude of carelessness.

I don't mind paying to park if it reduces my wait time and the technician has a GREAT attitude! She was friendly and well skilled. I know what the commercial property taxes are in waterloo region and the costs to maintain a lot are not cheap. If you prefer to wait 2 hrs to do your labs go to to the nonpay ones, if you can afford a couple bucks and have little time go here its worth it!

Friendly staff and they got me in super quick!

Very sick, I arrived yesterday to the Pinebush lab at 12:35 and found the door locked. There was one person inside and two others left two minutes after I arrived there. I double checked the schedule of the lab and it was written clearly “close at 1:00”. When I tried to talk to the technician, very rudely, she told me that she closed at 12:30 and when I asked if it takes her 25 minutes to work on one person, she replied that she is entitled to have a lunch break. Totally untrue! I left for another LifeLab, at another location, the one on Hespeler Road, and there, without any appointment I was done and out by 12:59. I suggest either a program change to accommodate the needs of this technician, or her replacement! Thank you!

Was pretty quick, about half an hour from arriving to leaving, I did not make an appointment just walked in. Staff are friendly.And a warning that the parking lot charges $3.00

Terrible technician, only one person to receive and draw blood as well , took time in-between to take a personal telephone call , very unprofessional indeed . Waste of our tax money this lab is , is what it is , she's talking away about her Amazon issues on the phone . Disgusting

I arrived at 0815 and there were 3 ppl ahead of me. There is just 01 person who is the technician to do all the blood work and manages front desk as well. Was quite slow.Nice ambience and if they had few more staff could be faster.

I have been to this lab once weekly then biweekly for months. There is only one person working at a time which must be very difficult when it gets busy. Please contact Lifelabs if you agree that this is unfair, do not criticize the workers. I have had 2 different technicians, both of whom have been polite, kind and considerate of everyone. I have been there when the door is locked at 12:30, only when there are a number of clients inside (maybe in the washroom for urine test, waiting for the washroom or in patient rooms). As for parking, would cost me $3 in gas to drive to the other clinics, BUT don’t blame the technician - go to another clinic.
