Working with Renata Steele to sort out the needs for future funeral arrangements for my dad and mom, who are still with us(thank God), it's a great experience. Her understanding, professional behaviur, and punctuality is amazing. She followed up with me even after everything is done. We build a relationship, it wasn't only doing business. I am so grateful to met her and she helped me to do all the arrangements.

The folks at Ocean View were so kind, accommodating, and honest. There was no pressure or attempts to upsell, but were straightforward with the pricing on services we asked about. Deep appreciation and gratitude to Chanelle, Sammy, and Geoff for their efforts in looking after our mom, and their service to our family.

During this difficult period, the Ocean View Burial Park provided my family with exceptional service. Michelle, the Funeral Director, was extremely respectful, empathetic, and patient with my family. All the staff who supported with the funeral from the initial consultation, early viewing of the body, and the funeral itself were punctual, professional, and understanding. Communication between my family and Ocean View was also seamless as they were very flexible and accommodating with our family traditions.We want to thank Michelle and Ocean View Burial Park for their kindness and expertise while hosting my Mother’s funeral. There is no doubt that we will continue to support and refer family and friends to Ocean View. We used the services of Ocean View Funeral Home in February and May of this year. Carson Jordan, Korey Yu and their teams did an outstanding job both times. Their planning and attention to detail were delivered with a caring and sensitive approach and excellent communication. The May service was impacted by events outside of Ocean View’s control but they pulled out all the stops to ensure that the service and burial were not affected. Highly recommended!

We are a flower shop. We always called the office to check the funeral time. They used to help. However, it looks like they have new employees in the office now. The staff only helped us to check today's funeral. She doesn't want to help us to check the future services. It's really unprofessional.

From the initial consultation to the booking arrangements and finally, to the small, private ceremony, the staff went above and beyond to make my family feel comfortable and well cared for. We could not have asked for anything better. We truly appreciated the professionalism from all of the team at Ocean View. They made the process seamless and we were very grateful for that.

My partner’s mother passed away in February 2022 and had been taken to her forever home here at Ocean View in March 2022. She still does not have her name on her even though it’s been almost 1.5 years. Their excuse is that production has been backlogged due to covid and they’ve also been having issues with the provider. My question is, why isn’t hers being prioritized then? We checked 2 days ago and her name is still not up there and it breaks my heart for her to be there as a no name. Unacceptable, very disheartening and disrespectful.

Ted and the staff were very professional and sensitive to our feelings. Years before my Father passed away we planned the major framework of the mass, entombment and reception. I would recommend pre-planning the event and can share that our experience of that day was as good as it could be.
