Station Square Dental

I have been visiting Dr. Hui since 2013 and he is an awesome dentist. However, today I have decided to transfer my dental records to another clinic and I will not come back to this clinic from now on because I was told by a receiptionist named Selina that I am not welcomed at their clinic. When I asked to speak with her manager, she said she is the manager" and asked me why I was questioning her position. I mean... is that some sort of new customer service standard I am not aware of? I really question why such unprofessional individual is working as a manger at the clinic. It's a shame.(Note to the owner: please feel free to look up my file because it seems like that's your check for every one star review. I have been a patient since 2013 and today I spoke with Dr Hui on the phone regarding this incident as well. Feel free to do your fact check)"

I have hesitated a lot before writing this review, but after reading Fiona's experience I can't help but echo her feelings. I have been with Dr. Hui for more than a decade, but the truly horrifying experience I had with my last dental checkup in August 2021 convinced me to never come back to this office.The horrible experience started with a very rude receptionist (didn't catch her name but that Selina character sure sounds like who I was dealing with). I walked in to the clinic when I was passing by because I wanted to move my appointment up. She was very rude with me, and said that I shouldn't come in if I didn't have an appointment that day (um what?). Anyways she moved my appointment eventually, and I thought that would be the end of the story.Now on to my nightmare appointment. At the beginning the cleaning lady said that I will get a deep cleaning." I said OK not thinking much about it. She proceeded to give me the most painful cleaning ever

Great staff and service :) Dr.Ko is amazing! Very professional, considerate and informative! I have been using this place since 2005

I brought my kids to have the check up. Both Dr. Hui and Dr. Ko are great and patient to my questions. Receptionists are nice and patient to explain everything to me. I also got a follow up call after my daughter got the filling. Amazing service!

They have wonderful front desk staff - always so friendly, welcoming and efficient. I appreciate their multiple reminders, greeting with smiles, and they make everything easy to me - such professionals. Dr. Ko is superb. She is kind, explains things with grace; never pushes something that is not necessary. She is thorough but gentle. I have nothing but good experiences with the team, and I would highly recommend Station Square Dental to someone who is looking for a good and trustful dentist.

You don't typically get excited about a dentist but I can't extol the virtues of this dentist enough! Dr. Ko is so professional, thoughtful, and knowledgable. She serves all three generations of my family, all with tailored, expert care. The front desk staff is always so kind, accommodating, and pro-active—we never forget an appointment :). Thank you to the whole Station Square Dental team for making dentist visits a pleasant experience.

The is a wonderful dental office. The admin staffs are the most pleasant and helpful feel like I was a valued patient. Dr. Hui and his hygienist were professional, knowledgeable and supportive. I did not feel pressured into making decisions on the spot and was fully informed of all my options on my periodontal problem.The best experience I have in my 30 years in Vancouver. I have already brought my mother in law to this office as a regular patient.

Dr. Ko is the best, she is so knowledgeable and nice. Every time I see her she greets me with a smile and asks me how I have been doing. The office assistants are all so sweet too! Thank you Station Square Dental! :)

Dr. Ko is amazing. Super thoughtful, kind, gentle, and knowledgeable. Very good with my children too. They love her!

Dr. Ko and her team have been taking care of me and my family since I was a high schooler. My teeth stay healthy because of her and her team.
