One of the best pet stores I've been too. Everyone in there is very friendly and super knowledgeable. They have lots of great stock for anything you could basically need. Also worth mentioning, Phil and his staff are great at problem solving. I purchased a fish tank from there and the light ended up being defective. This was a super easy fix and with no hassle. I was very thankful that for that. I can't recommend this store enough!!

I came into the store today and absolutely loved the unique vibe of this place and large selection of fish, plants, birds, reptiles and much more. The lady who helped us was very kind and knowlegable about fish care and helping me find just what I needed. The owners work very hard to care for their animals and the labour of love shows.

They we're super helpful and very knowledgeable. They take as much time that is needed with you to explain any questions you might have. It is the only place I will go for my reptile needs from now on.

Rehomed a rabbit that was bought here. He came from a loving home, but clearly shows signs of improper handling during its time being raised. The person I bought it from was also sold the rabbit for 3 times the price of the others, unfixed, with behavior problems, didn't give a receipt or anything.Seriously considering adopting from elsewhere.

AMAZING! I'm in a couple times a month and I never feel unwelcomed always willing to help and if I have any questions I always get an answer. Best pet supply store in town! I will never go to another pet store ever again!

Amazing service, Phil and Jules were super nice and helpful. They are very knowledgeable and they have a huge, amazing selection of beautiful reptiles, animals and aquatic pets. I purchased a beautiful crested gecko from them and am very pleased. I can’t thank you enough for helping us get started on our first crested gecko, she is stunning. I can’t wait to visit again soon.

High quality feeders and beautiful planted enclosures. There has clearly been a lot of effort put in to provide a high standard of husbandry, which sets a great example to members of the public looking to purchase an exotic animal. All of the animals here look healthy. Would highly recommend Phil's Pets to exotic animal keepers in Lindsay.I would give a 5 star rating if the snakes kept in the rack unit were to be offered a little more than just a water dish. Fake plants for enrichment, proper substrate to burrow in, and an actual hide will result in better temperament and a more enriching life for snakes kept this way. Speaking as a zookeeper, this makes a huge difference for captive snakes kept in this manner. Both cognitively and physically.Aside from this criticism, the snakes kept in the rack were very clean, which means a daily effort has been made to remove feces and change water dishes.All in all a wonderful pet store with a high husbandry standard. Very refreshing to see passionate keepers putting in the work needed to maintain a large collection.
