Needing a much more comprehensive and up to date Will that would relieve my Trustee and family of a lot of stress in settling my Will and Estate, I engaged with this law firm on the advice of my son who praised them highly in preparing his Will with them. Lawyer Andrea Price was so very pleasant, patient and articulate with me translating legalese clearly into language for my 78 year old brain. Given I live well away from Vancouver we related by email, telephone, Zoom and eventually met in person at her firm for signing the Will, Representation Agreement and Power of Attorney documents. I rate this law firm as having much more than “good value“ for thoroughness, efficiency and fees.

We have used Westcoast Wills and Estates twice in the last few years - once to initially set up our wills, power of attorneys, and representation agreements, and another time just recently to review and revise these documents. We liked the fact that they’re available evenings and weekends and we had Mike in both instances who explained things to us patiently and seemed like a friendly, down to earth kind of guy who enjoyed his work. He managed to put us at ease and made the process much less stressful as a result. We also liked the fact that Westcoast regularly contributes to a number of charities as part of their work. We have recommended Mike and Westcoast Wills and Estates to many of our friends and will certainly continue to do so.

Making your Will with an Advanced Health Directive is essential but it need not be difficult. Kirsten Wharton was brilliant and made the process easy and efficient. My previous will was with a Notary, and no doubt the (modest) extra cost was worth every dollar. Highly recommended!!
