My Mom Fran passed away January 21. My brother and I ordered a absolutely beautiful flower arrangement from Brown's because they are like good friends to Fran. Our family has done business with Brown's for many, many years. They have always treated us real special. The flowers and service is perfect, incredible and fantastic.

Nathan is amazing! I believe he's the owner! I received a beautiful arrangement but unfortunately the flowers looked a bit dead (the flowers lost water when the delivery was being done and it was most likely left in heat by the delivery person) either way, I spoke with them and the customer service I got was phenomenal!!! they apologized and were superrr nice and they are sending me a completely free arrangement to make up for it! As a consumer, I care about the product but things can happen, its all about customer service that wins the heart. im extremely happy with them and will be purchasing from them from now!!EDIT: received the most beautiful arrangement as a make up! again, they offer immaculate customer service. which makes it super worth it!

Brown's Flower Shop is the best, and Nathan is exceptional!! I am from Perth in Western Australia and will only use Brown's Flower Shop to send gifts to my friend in Toronto. The website is easy to navigate, any queries receive a quick and accommodating response, the products are gorgeous, and delivery is problem-free. In addition, confirmations are received at every step in the process. Don't look any further for a great gift-giving experience!!

The phone experience was extremely friendly and very efficient — something that’s lacking with so many other companies and services these days. I love the fact that I received a detailed confirmation in advance which allowed me to change my message on the card. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and I was sent a photo of them upon delivery which I really appreciated. It’s nice to see what you paid for! This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had ordering flowers! Thank you, Brown’s.
