This is not a shawarma place and they rightfully don't try to be. The food tastes different than a shawarma and for this, I like it It's nice to try something different sometimes. It is a little pricey, but not too much. The service is counter service and the seating is not very comfortable. They have a deli-like take out cooler as well which is nice. If you are in the mood for something a little different, check them out (at least once).

LOVE the meat/no meat pies YUMMY...can't say which one in particular its the dough, really good, fluffy pie base, and honestly ONE is really FILLING.Make it a meal or a snack, I like that its local and I can grab them to go and they aren't expensive at all.

Nov 2022: The prices went up but the quality went way down sadly.Nobody liked their chicken or beef wraps. The fries were good but the fried cauliflower was bad also.

The food was amazing and the customer service was excellent. So many vegetarian and vegan options, I had fried cauliflower and a zaatar pie with some added ingredients, so tasty! The price was good too. Not much seating and you'll have to find parking in the surrounding area, but would definitely recommend this little eatery.

best fries and falafel that I have had in Ottawa so far. It was by accident that I saw this place. The smell really was so great from the outside that I had to go in. Well that was a great move. If you are ever in beechwood it is a must try!!

Used to order from here almost every 2 or 3 weeks. Quality has unfortunately plummeted as prices have gone up. Portions are also much smaller (fillings in wraps and ingredients and bowls), and I can't recall a single 'bowl' from the last few orders that was actually made correctly. Haven't ordered here in a very long time now, but I really hope they improve again. Front staff have always been very friendly.

Very delicious Middle Eastern fast food. The saj they use for wraps is so so good — amazing texture and chew. I love it more than pita or tortilla. I also love the flavourful spices in the wraps and the contrasts in textures (crunchy veg, smooshed French fries). The rice bowls are also very tasty. And the sides are very worth ordering as well — the fried cauliflower is addictive in a way you wouldn’t expect a humble vegetable to be, but the saj chips flavoured with sumac are probably my favourite. Highly recommend this place for simple, flavourful, tasty and quick food.

Good service and cute little location. The meat seemed like it wasn’t fresh, the fries were good. Glad I tried it but I wouldn’t go out of my way to go back.

A wholly flavourful experience. Packed shawarma, loaded with fresh veggies, and savoury meat. The price for a shawarma here is quite steep, but being that it rivals well with some of the cities finer shawarma spots it's well worth it.
