Website was updated last year making it much easier to shop online. You get an email confirmation immediately after placing your order and another confirmation when the package ships with tracking info. In stock items normally arrive next day. My sales rep Dan St. Pierre is quick to assist and provides great service, usually receive an email response or call within minutes of my inquiries. Recommended

i ordered graphic cards, cpu, and PSU on their website in Jan. 2018. the cpu and PSU went to back order without any notice and explanation(it was in-stock when i ordered it). and they sent me the wrong graphics cards (i ordered 4GB version of 1050ti and they send me 2GB version of 1050). it took almost 3 days, many phone calls and many emails to get them approve the return! and another 20ish days to get the refund. really disppointed for the shopping expereice and will never shop here again. amazon.ca and newegg are way better choices..

Direct Dial fell far short of my expectations. I am being ignored by account manager for over a week now. I asked for a simple quote. If they can't help, that's ok, but let me know so I can go elsewhere. No courtesy to call me back or even send me an email.

At PageMaster we have been using Direct Dial for computer equipment and wide format supplies since 2010. As a wholesaler you do need to know what you want. They are responsive, shipping, communication and prices are excellent. I did try other suppliers but found DD the best all-round option and they are our go-to supplier.
