I use Phoeapolis olive oil for cooking, salad dressings, and even baking. I like that I can cook with it since it has a high smoke point due to its quality and I love the rich flavour and creamy texture.

I had purchased this olive oil on Amazon and it was a delightful surprise. The oil maintains its natural flavours with a hint of spice and I find its richness is versatile for use in all kinds of foods. Definitely recommend for use in home and gourmet cooking.
