We bought new running boards for our truck and had them installed. We were very happy with Curtis who really went above and beyond to get us the best deal possible. He ordered the running boards and they were installed within a few days. This is our 3rd purchase from Cap-It (west Edmonton) and the service is always great! Would definitely recommend!

You advertise your open Saturdays at 10:00 am. I showed up from Fort Saskatchewan and you we’re closed. Thanks for wasting my time.I ended up driving to the south store and they were open and great to deal with!

Had to return 3 times to finally get a product that I settled on. Sales guys thought this was a fun situation, with the smile he had on his face at my final trip. This situation was made worse due to the fact my drive was 2hr round trip, each time!. No compensation for HIS errors was offered, just a sarcastic smirk. I will be sure to share my experience with many people.

Cap it edmonton west, was a good experience. The cxr cap I ordered came in about 2 weeks earlier and Mike was great to deal with along with the other staff. After a couple of rain storms, I did notice that the cap was leaking. I called in and was able to get it in 2 weeks later to have it looked at. Turns out Leer hastetly put the seal on the front on wavy so it was leaking. But the staff at cap it west was able to fix the problem. The sliding latches also weren't lining up properly, not a huge deal but I expect it to function properly with the amount this cap costs.Overall satisfaction and would recommend this place.

Curtis was very knowledgeable and professional. As soon as I stepped in, I was greeted warmly and Curtis made me feel valued as a customer. He was able to find the tonneau cover I wanted and he was even able to have it installed immediately. Excellent service and product!

I've been going door to door and calling all the off-road shops trying to find an accessory for a particular vehicle. This was the only place that gave a clear and concise answer for me, and shed some light on my situation. Big ups to Heidi for her can-do" attitude and positive energy! A welcomed change from the majority of the other shops that almost roll their eyes when they see a woman walk through their doors!"

I hate leaving 1-star reviews, but I gave management ample opportunity to regain my trust.Horrible experience here. I felt like if you're not interested in the Cap-it brand gear they don't want your business.Poor sales associate there was clearly not properly trained and she had no help from management to deal with a customer who was obviously given unrealistic promises. I literally tried for days to give them my money, management just hoped I'd go away I guess. Treated me like a buyer that they apparently didn't need. Such a bizarre experience that was a first for me.I went to the south location and had an awesome experience there. Got sorted right away!
