Les Jardins Radisson - Skyline Living

I moved here with my husband about 3 months ago and we love it here. Our two bedroom apartment was very clean and ready for us to move in. We did have 1 problem with the apartment in the beginning but they fixed it right away. The staff are very friendly and get to what you need as soon as they can. My husband and I are very happy with everything here. 5 stars for sure !

I have lived in building 8 since 2018.. though I understand that the whole complex got turned upside-down due to the string of tornadoes that happened.All the more reason why Maintenance needs to take the well-being and health of the tenants still currently living in the their dwelling units. As although some units weren't touched at all. Ex. Broken windows, Balconies, etc.. due to the felocity of the damage... well the unit if untouched still needs a proper inspection.(SO those wondering about the price hike, the repairs for all the damage from the Tornado most likely has too do with it)The particular scenario I'd like to highlight though is what you see hear in these photos. When I initially complained about the Black mold that grew in my apartment bathroom room, yes Maintenance came and cleaned it after my wife sending 4 emails about it, here we are a few months later it came back and grew even larger.You can even see hair growing out of some sections. I also have a 1 and half year old daughter and pregnant wife.Despite all this I have yet to hear a Proper Solution to how they are going to remedy this great health risk. Especially considering im very fortune that my family didn't get sick during the Pandemic as we have been breathing contaminated air from our bathroom as well.My family has been patient and paid our rent faithfully since 2018 and deserve to given the highest level of service and respect.

Front Desk (Antoinette) Refused to send someone to repair (or even look at) the water damages - the ceiling was peeling off, refused to repair the bathtub finish, refused to fix the screws that held the cabinets in the kitchen as they were too long and pertruded an inch on the far side of the wall into the hallway. There was water damage twice in the 1 year I stayed there, the water system is cut regularly (every 3 weeks) for repairs. The fire alarms are incessant, between the false alarms at 5 in the morning and the tests done by the maintenance team. The maintenance team however is very nice, but don't expect anything from admin.

Get ready to deal with the worst rental property you will come across.1- highly unprofessional and RUDE (Aymen especially);2- did not inform us when the water was going to be turned off;3- ladybug issue they did not seal the door even after NUMEROUS phone calls;4-good luck getting someone on the phone;5-high parking costs low parking available.If I could give them -5 stars I would

I really love the place. The office staff Aymen and Antoinette,are very accomodating and friendly and also the maintenance in the building #8 malcom,erwin and ray are very nice and very friendly too..they will make sure to fix right away the problem on your unit and specially no problem in the neighbor at all that the most important to me very quiet neighbor.will surely recommend les jardins radisson.

Be careful when you move out and return the keys. I returned the keys as they make you pay for them when new to the apartment and after when you are no longer a tenant they have to pay you back the deposit. First of all is illegal to make people pay for the keys but I moved out and they said they will send me a check in 2 weeks ( the keys money). Right now is 3 month they haven’t pay me back or sent the check and every time you call they buy time by telling you they will send it in 2 weeks and couples month later nothing.The reality is they will never pay you back and always lying by telling you in two weeks. They are very fast at taking money and charge you penalty when you are only one day late in your payments but is okay for them to not pay you back the money they owe you.

Tucked away From What seems like the rest of the world Is what I am grateful to now call home at Radisson.However also being In close proximity to all the essential needs Like grocery stores, pharmacies, Walmart, petstores And even Caribbean Produce stores. In 2019 while looking for an apartment, I did my due diligence and checked out the reviews on google. The reviews on Radisson Where Half bad half good and  Seemed like disgruntled Tenants who only had bad things to say about the management not doing repair work as per their requests and they dont even live there anymore. Coming from Ottawa,As I came off of the highway Two quick turns Came down on Rue Radisson and saw a bunch of buildings, Lots of greenery a great big welcome sign with pretty flowers. At the office I was greeted by the most friendliest receptionist,Kim and I met with a friendly manager Line,who assigned the kind gentleman staff,Emanuelle, who took me to view the unit even pointed out there is a hair salon and a depanneur at the bottom of the adjacent building to me Which was Ideal. And When I was walking to the building , a couple of people we passed said hello & or at least gave me a smile, which was quite pleasant. My first reaction was to the glass front doors Which were gleaming,clean and with no fingerprints. Once inside I also noticed walking to the elevator The floors and the carpet were clean and there was A fresh smell To the foyer. Along with a beautiful sitting area of two Elegant leather chairs and a coffee table Looking like a lounge. Upon entering the unit which had Not been entirely finished with the updated Renovations and cleaning however It Had Great big windows Where the sun was beaming through and the balcony was huge and the view Of the Gatineau Hills And the property was glorious. The unit Is a one-bedroom with a huge pantry and it is Laid out Uniquely, Giving A spacious Look and feel.I am glad to now called Radisson my home. Here You have it all, stunning indoor pool, fitness facilities, social room, laundry room, convenience store, and salon. Building is well maintained,Melanie does an excellent job, therefore I have had few issues however when the plastic from the tap in the kitchen sink cracked awesome Aymen called Chris,very polite staff,he fixed, replaced it immediately after my call. The building is always clean, smelling fresh and the grounds are always kept beautiful with pretty flowers. I am happily going on two years living here. Pre covid-19, I enjoyed their annual barbecue, it was so fun, free food and drinks, raffles, supporting CHEO,and music and all the neighbors and children, staff  and management were full of smiles, even the property manager Micheline AbouZeid  was so friendly. At Christmas time they decorated so beautifully and they  also had a food drive for those in need.Since Covid they immediately upgraded the buildings as per mandatory regulations and placed hand sanitizers and informative newsletters posted everywhere and also where to go for help, who to call in case of needing financial and or food and any essential needs support as they also have great programs in place. I highly recommend you check out their website and make an appointment to come and view for yourself.

I viewed an apartment here and the moment we walked into the unit there was a tiny cockroach on the wall that the agent showing us the unit didn’t see. Only me and my wife and sister saw it. Once we finished viewing the apartment and we were in the elevator I asked the agent “So what’s the bug situation like in this building?” She then responded immediately saying “no bugs, no bugs.” I responded saying “that’s funny, the moment we walked in the door there was a roach on the wall.” She was surprised and proceeded to say she didn’t see it and I offered to go back to the unit to show her but she declined.She could’ve said something about ants or even lady bugs like other reviewers have mentioned but she didn’t.If you’re looking to come to these apartment buildings get ready for the staff to lie through their teeth until you sign the lease.

I wish if someone would have warned me about moving in these building.. I started seeing roaches within a week of moving in and it turned out there is a huge roach infestation. No matter how many times they sent an exterminator, roaches kept coming back. There was also alot of wear and tear and nothing was fuxed before I moved in. Why jack up the price for new tenants on an apartment that's falling apart..and not bother renovate ?I moved out at the end of my lease

I have lived here 9 months. Building 8.The appartment was newly renovated when I moved in.Appartments are specious, bright and privide lots of storage.Gym is ok, there is swiming pool also.The area is nice and easily accessible by car.
