0/10I had an absolutely terrible experience with this Travelodge hotel. I had to change my room TWICE! The first time was because the light in the bathroom was not working, and the second time was because we found BUGS all over the room! The hallways were very musty as well. Everything in this hotel is old, run-down, and smelly. No matter how enticing the price is, it is NOT WORTH IT! Spend the extra dollars elsewhere to ensure you can actually have a good night's sleep.

Worst hotel in Vancouver if not Canada!Looks not bad from the exterior. But as soon as you walked into the the lobby you can smell the cheap, old, unmaintained hotel. The walls were dirty, there were many cables sticking out from the wall.I was going to stay only for one night, so ok, I toughed it up.When I got to the room...Room was stinky. Beds were old, you could feel the spring pushing against your back as you laid down.AC, not working, the hall way was cooler than in the room.There was a window but it's broken.Carpet was dirty, filthy old.I turned on the TV, pictures was full of white noise as if they're using untuned antenna.I didn't bother complaining to the front desk, as this is beyond repair. I didn't want to be moved to another room in this hotel.They should not be in the hotel business!Avoid at any cost if you want to have a peace of mind.I checked in at 8 PM, checked out at 9 PM. Moved to another hotel.When I walked out with my family handing over the hotel cards, the front desk didn't even bother asking why. It seemed this happened quite often, they expected it.I lost CAD $200, but at that point, it's worth losing the money rather than staying in the filthy hotel.

This place needs to be shutdown. It’s an embarrassment having family visit us and this hotel being their first impression.It is disgusting with stains all over the carpets, cigarette burn marks in furniture and sheets that don’t look or feel cleaned between guests.I didn’t think places like this could still operate, let alone in a beautiful city.Our family felt itchy and needed to shower immediately after leaving this hotel, had they not been on a red-eye flight we would have found them alternate accommodations for the couple of hours.

Absolut Dump!!!!! or homeless shelter._Don't Fall for free breakfast, its just bottle of water and a cup cake._this dump doesn't have shuttles to airport, so dont fall for 20% cheaper price._no room service without 24 Hrs notice._sheets, beds, pillows, armchair and other things are so dirty._only one thing that I liked about is the air conditioner, because it sounded like a diesel engine all night long.

Accidentally booked a smoking room, thought it would be okay but boy was I wrong. While I will admit the concierge was amazing that was the only upside to this stay. He swapped our room to non smoking no problem. We then decided to go for a quick hot tub before bed and the pool room was infested with ants. There were ants crawling all over the floor and even a nice amount who had also thought a hot tub might be a nice way to end the night. The bed was fairly springy and the room freezing even with the heat on. The room has basic cable. If your in a pinch, it'll do but you can definitely find better elsewhere. While it claims to be family friendly, I 11 out of 10 would never consider bringing my children to this establishment.

No shuttle although it is advertised. Room stunk. Carpet ruined from a prior flood. Bed uncomfortable. Air conditioner didn’t work. No continental breakfast as advertised. Was probably a nice hotel when it was new. NOT worth the price they charge. The only positive was the staff member named Christian who did his best to accommodate.

I went there last night with my 3 kids, including a baby, the customer service lady told us we needed a second room because the policy is a maximum of 4 persons per room. She was adamant that we needed a second room. I had to be firm and requested a supervisor and then she decided that, she will make an exception. The room was very old fashioned and not very clean also. So good house keeping could have allowed a better experience.

I was shocked at the low value of this hotel, for a room prices at $200/night. Surely this is not the standard to be expected at a Wyndham Hotel?? These are the notes I took during my stay:1. No airport shuttle. Clerk explained that it had been taken off your website, but no one would notice that I'd they had searched for Hotels with shuttle like I had. It should be clearly indicated in your website that there is no shuttle.2. Bed in room was not as the picture depicted it. No fancy pillows or coverlet. Only one thin blanket in the bed. Bottom sheet was not a fitted sheet.3. The window was so dirty I couldn't stand to look out of it and could hardly see if I did.4. Restaurant was closed.5. TV was only analogue, had to adjust picture to old size display.6. Smoke alarm testing all day. Normally I would not.complain about this as it has to be done, but.on top.of.ebwey4hing else it was too much.I hope you will consider some kind of compensation for this lousy stay.Thank you.
