Domino's Pizza

Been getting my pizzas here exclusively ever since I moved into the neighborhood. They are always consistent with their pizzas. I always like it when they have promos. My personal fav is Hawaiian or Extravaganza. Pro tip - customize with less sauce and well done.

Absolutely ridiculous how bad service can be at this location. I get that it's Dominos, so I'm not expecting the creme de la creme, but I just had to wait for 25 minutes in the parking lot after being told it's in the oven

The delivery from this location is quick and efficient.Typically order the deep dish, but I find it a tad under cooked. We pick the overcooked option now but still I find the crusty doughy.

My order wasn’t cooked properly and was burnt. In addition to that it looked like it had been thrown into the box with no care at all I wonder if it even fell on the floor and broke apart.

I would like to share the incident that happened with me at Dominos at 6605 Hwy 7 in Markham.I placed pickup order for chicken Alfredo pasta , one lady took my order placed it correctly and when i came home, opened my pasta there was a different pasta which has mushroom and spinach in it.I called them to complain about the order . she was not accepting the mistakes and was pretty confident on phone that it’s not possible and she was one who made the correct order and packed it properly. I told her twice that I had a wrong order but she was not ready to listen. I went back to the store to show her , instead of apologizing she was blaming me that i changed the order .She said ''I am the Assistant Manager here I know what I am doing''I asked for refund but She was giving me refund in cash , which I don’t want . I told her I paid by my debit just give my debit refund .she wasted my 15 min to find out how to do the debit refund at the end she said was not able to do.When I asked her name and she replied that she cannot share any personal informationI asked for branch manager’s name she refused me for that also. She was not wearing a name tag I asked her for her name tag, her wording was at Dominos they are not allowed to wear a NAME TAG. At the end she started yelling on me , came towards me from the back of the counter, if you guys have CCTV CAMERA , please pull the video of the incident.I am attaching the receipt of the order which I placed and the picture of the pasta which i got.Is this kind of service you provide to your customers.This wild behaviour is not acceptable at all.1. She never apologized for her mistake.2. Is Domino’s employee are allowed to wear name tags?3. Are Customer not allowed to complain about wrong order?

We wanted to use the new deal for buying a gift card abd getting a free pizza when i told the lady there went and just handed us a coupon and left withought telling us what to do with it and we waited a whole 20min thinking that tgey were making our pizza but turned out we apparently had to order using the coupon but she didnt even tell us. It would have saved us so much time and we were lucky that we noticed earlier. They also use the same hands to put meat and vegitarian toppings on pizza which is gross cuz im vegetarian and dont want my pizza made with the same hand used for meat. Overall the customer service was not good as the lady there seemed like she was very annoyed

I ordered for veggie pizza at this location (first time at this location). The pizza was not not at all cooked well. The cheeze was overflowing. After eating two pieces, my stomach was upset. Had a very bad experience. I am not at all sure if these guys are follwing the standard dominos protocols.

I don’t know who the hell to thank for the pizzas I have ordered from this Dominies, but I’m grateful to you. So many nights with perfect pizza pies delivered actually burning hot in winter nights. You always deliver consistent performance, stumbling very rarely. You should win the pizza awards or something <3

I showed up today and it was a nightmare. 50% off on a Friday night rush. It was packed and you guys looked so stressed with a room full of (some) impatient and angry customers waiting for you. I saw the order reel was printing off more and more orders. You are trying your best and it must’ve been stressful. Thanks for managing anyway and pushing out loads and loads of delicious pizzas for everyone!

Placed an online order for pickup. Pizza was cooked well and delicious. I also ordered a marbled cookie brownie which was also amazing!!
