I'll say, the initial consultation, flooring options, and services were well done. But once our carpet was installed and our check cleared, that initial customer service disappeared just like our money. The carpet we picked had a textured pattern. The seams look horrible. Our stairs were bubbled and not fully stretched. We called and were put in a queue" for response. After the initial installers

I had to change my review as i was reviewing the instalation which was excellent. The 1 star is for the install guys. I had carpet installed in 4 rooms price was good, very professional instalation. Cesar was great they were in and out in 3.5 hours I was amazed. Cesar was very efficient and did an excellent job installing my carpet.The office staff on the other hand is a whole different world. My mortgage company over paid, the refund was supposed to come back to me, I called and spoke to Sofia 2x, it came to my home in my realtors name after I called the office 2x to make sure it was coming back to me. They grab the name of whom they speak with and everything goes in that name regardless if they are the customer or not. The office staff is inefficient and inexperienced. They are extremely rude and take anger as screaming which I was not. Then she proceeded to hang up on me. My review has already been viewed 20x in 1 week I hope this helps to keep people away cause if you have any issues AT ALL the office staff will not help. I don't know if they know how to help and they definitely sound like they don't want to help and the way they talk to you it's like a bother that you are asking them to fix thier mistake. Stay away. I had a few other rooms to get done, unfortunately I will be going elsewhere for my carpet as I was in Customer service for 20 yrs and know that's not how you treat a customer that just paid you $5,600.Update: They fixed their mistake.

Had carpet installed earlier this week, was very pleased after completion. Cesar was very professional, accommodating, personable and helpful with all the questions and concerns I had. Would definitely recommend him and also the company…easy and smooth process throughout!
