Même si ont fait préparer les prescriptions d'avance un minimum de 30mn d'attente pour se faire servir...la seule personne qui travail est un jeune homme bon service mais pour le reste oufff...

Incapable de les rejoindre par téléphone il vous oublie de vous téléphoner la pénurie de mains d œuvre à le dos large

Bad service! The girl at the pharmacy was very rood on the phone so I transfert my file to Costco.. that's it that's all...

The worst experence ever !! I left balling my eyes out. I've never been so humilated and hurt from the pharmacy staff. I was denied my medication. Which is illegal and then they changed thier mind after i told them it was their duty to give it to me. They thwn made me wait for 2 hours for my medication, during that time i experenced the girls behind the counter giving me dirty looks and whispering and laughing about me. I was told to wait thst long only to be told they DID NOT HAVE MY MEDICATION. I experenced the worst case of descrimination towards mental health and addictions. We come to far as a community to accept this awful and cruel behavior. Shame on those ladies whom served me yesterday. Btw i've contacted a laywer.Thank you for listening !Belinda j McKenna

I'm not a big fan of Pharmaprix. However I went on a Sunday night when the Proxim next to the house closed at 5pm and had great courteous service at the Rx counter. Thanks :-)

Some employees in the beauty area are very rude and hide products from the customers when they're at discount.

Ils n’engagent pas assez de pharmaciens pour donner un service fonctionnel. Le gérant blâme les problèmes sur toute l’équipe sauf lui-même. C’est ce qui arrive quand on est accro à l’argent.

Ce Pharmaprix s'est nettement amélioré au niveau de leurs inventaires. Je trouve mainetant presque tout ce qui est annoncé en circulaire incluant les produits alimentaires. Bonne superficie et service de bureau de poste aussi offert. La gérante qui est présente le samedi est vraiment sympathique.
