I am updating this review and rating. Although the ATMs are hit or miss at times the customer service has been stellar. The inquires I have made were answered in lighting speed and helpful. Always transparent with rates/fees.Proud to have this team in Edmonton!

THEY ARE A SCAM!They list on a bitcoin atm radar website showing a buy rate of -0.7% and yet when you go to any of their ATMs the buy rate is anywhere from 16-20%False advertising. I have also purchased from them and not had coins deposited into my wallet for 2-3 hours, although the transaction said completed. This was a few years ago, and only happened once but they seem like a shady company.No wonder their share price has dropped 75% in the last 10 months since they went public on the TSX venture exchangeThey pull a bait in switch to keep revenue and purchases up and hope nobody will realize that the buy price at the ATM is 20% higher than the actual price on any of the major exchangesSTAY AWAY!!!

I have been following Bitcoin Well on social media for some time, I recently started calling in to their support number with many questions. Alix has been so helpful and explained things so clearly to me - this company is making bitcoin accessible to everyone and I really appreciate their open, knowledge sharing practices.

BTC Well has been great to deal with over the years. I would recommend to anyone looking to buy, sell or get educated on Bitcoin.

It's Christmas...well Dec 23 anyways. I thought a unique alternative to giving cash to my nieces and nephews might be Bit Coin gift cards. It might teach them something along the way. I checked on-line. Bitcoin Well was supposed to be open till 6pm. But I thought xmas could change the schedule, so I called to be sure. I was told, Absolutely. We're open to 6:00....come on down. We'll set you up!" So I drove 40 mins in -20 weather. Arrived at 5:15...to find a locked up store. The sign in the door indicated they should be open till 6:00.I get it. Everybody's busy at xmas

I love the fact there is a private secure room. Everytime I've had a problem at a machine they are quick to help, and an actual person answers the phone! You guys made my day, defineately planning to do a lot of investing with you guys!'

This is a very sketchy business and the ATMs are a nesting ground for fraud. Its unbelievable that transactions are not trackable. They are hosting thieves and frauds. The police are involved and hopefully these ATMs will be shut down. Not a good look for the already sketchy Bitcoin currency.
