Even if you’re not in the market for a hot tub/spa, you need to come by this place to check out the massage chairs. So good it’ll make you willingly leave your spouse (at a steal of a deal too).But if you’re searching for the perfect hot tub- stop your search. You’ve found it. Upon entering, Rahul and Nigel, the manager immediately made a point to introduce themselves and guide me through any questions I might have. Super friendly, and down to earth. You won’t feel pressured to buy at any point- you’ll WANT to buy to support a wicked business, and the people that run it.The most surprising aspect of this place is the interior- you’ll be surprised at how big the place is, and the wide range of spas/hot tubs they have. (I won’t share a picture of it, you’ll have to see it for yourself!)

We have had a Dynasty Caspian hot tub for the last seven years and have had very little issues. We love our tub and use it regularly! Highly recommend!

We bought our swimspa from World of Spas in Calgary. I have to say the service and knowledge is second to none. I highly recommend the sales staff at World of Spas if you are in the market for a hottub or swimspa. We use the swimspa year round and our three-year grandaughters love it as much, if not more, than we do.

sales experience was great, and our sales rep was very good at communicating. The service is horrible though. We have had our swim spa less than a year, and have had a few issues. Trying to get a hold of someone by phone or email in the service department takes weeks, and I typically have a sales rep transfer me directly. If they are that short staffed, then they could put on an email auto-responder advising of response times, or add a message to their voicemail. Lots of options that aren't ghosting customers. I wish we had purchased elsewhere

I haven't bought a hot tub from here, however I have used their parts service desk multiple times to get replacement parts for my tub, and they were so helpful and very friendly. I feel like the prices were fair as well. Would definetly recommend going to them for parts if you need.

We really enjoy the hot tub we purchased a few years back just before the pandemic. Great for relaxing the muscles after a hard workout, to take the chill" out of your system on those cool days

We use our hot tub every single day! Now that it’s part of our routine, we can’t imagine NOT having one. It’s great for unwinding at the end of a long day, and the kids love it too. We had such a great experience at World of Spas and find them so knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend!

Strongly feel the posts saying how great the costumer service is are fake. Bought our hot tub Jan 2021 and its been an absolute nightmare any time we have had an issue. Would highly recommend taking your business to one of the other spa retailers! Would give zero stars if could.UPDATE: Will give credit where credit is due. After giving up with the service department and phone calls went into World of Spas to get some resolution. Chad particular and Stu helped get the current issues with our tub sorted. Today received a follow up conversation with the owner and was very happy to hear his remorse in the situations and was eager to see what they can do to improve future situations. Big tip of the cap to these guys today!

There are so many amazing parts of world of spas. The team here is incredible. You won't find a nicer more caring group of sales guys, admin staff, delivery crew and management. Tara is amazing - always a bright smile when I come in to buy chemicals. Len, Nigel, Ryan, Rahul ...just to name a few of the sales guys are 100% always there to help with any maintenance questions. How to winterize my tub, what to do with my water chemistry. And they aren't trying to sell me anything. I genuinely always enjoy the way they take the time to make life easier on me with more valuable info. 5 Stars world of spas....you have a customer for life
