We went there to buy a pair of pants, and Amelie was amazing! She stayed with us until we were satisfied. She went above and beyond her simple duty to help us. She called several stores to see if they had what we wanted, she helped us for over an hour. Contrary to another one who seemed to not want to be there and didn't want to answer our questions.

Service was mediocre. No hi when we came in. They were 3 employees talking to each other at the cashier about non work related subject. Didn't ask if we needed help, so after 15mins we had to go see the kid to ask what the rebates were etc... After looking around a bit in the store 2 new employees came out and they both took care of us and explained very well what the rebates were in the store. If it wasn't for those 2 I would have given this a 1 star. On the other hand if it wasn't for these 3 employees earlier then I would have given this a 5 star. Sorry Adidas...

I was there on Wednesday, January morning 2023.. it was not so busy, the best time for shopping!!!The service customer is AWFUL!!! . No one asked me if I needed help... there were 3 guys, obviously talking to each other!!!Some of the running shoes that were on special weren't displayed with pricesI don't think I'll be shopping in that store anymore
