Niche Decor

It’s so hard buying furniture now at days because every furniture store has salespeople like vultures and it makes the whole experience start off poorly. Thankfully, after 2 months we finally found our sectional at Niche - who carries trendy, high quality items. We were over budget but the comfort of the piece was well worth it. The added bonus was the exceptional customer service we received. Even post delivery, all our requests or questions were promptly looked after. Abbas, the showroom Manager, was such an absolute pleasure to work with. He was so helpful every time we spoke or had concerns. He was resourceful and professional and NEVER ever pushy. By far, the best experience my husband and I have had shopping for home furniture.

I want to start off by saying that our buying experience with Niche was quite pleasurable. We had to be very precise with our measurements otherwise our sectional wouldn't have fit. We fell in love with the floor model just based on comfort.This was our first couch we bought for our first home, and we were probably the most excited about our couch.When we first brought it home, we were in love. It was beautiful to look at and to sit in.After 2 years of having our couch, it did not hold up its value. You'd expect after spending $5000 on a sectional you'd at least get a few decent years out of it. After the first year it lost it's fullness.They did tell us to expect some shedding of feathers, but not to the point that the fabric would be saggy.Not only is it not comfortable but it's not even pleasant to look at.I tried to contact them to ask if there was anything that could be done they said most likely no but they would contact the manufacturer and let me know.Surprise! No call back.Such a disappointment.

Honestly the furniture at this store is absolutely beautiful. The style and the customizability of it all is just sublime and there is nothing that can make your home feel more gorgeous than their product. Customer service from Sheema was so warm and we’ll definitely come back to see her! So good!

A beautiful showroom of curated furniture and home decor items that gives you lots of ideas on how your home can been updated. Service was polite, attentive and personalized to help you find the right items to add to your room. I picked up only a can of paint to update my front door, and will definitely becoming back for more things for my home

I have only great things to say about my experiences at Niche Decor! I always enjoy going in, not only to browse through the beautiful pieces, but because everyone who works there is really wonderful. They are always genuinely happy to help me find what I'm looking for, chat about ideas, and suggest other options, never with any pressure (they know I like to mull things over). We recently got our dining room table - which we love - and I really appreciated that they consulted with the manufacturer to make sure it would work in our room and kept me up to date through the whole process. Their customer service is fantastic and I look forward to going in again soon!

This furniture showroom is a hidden gem in Newmarket! They just opened and it’s spectacular! Room settings are set up beautifully and are always changing so nothing is stale and it’s always so inspiring. Their staff is amazing and always so helpful that I truly love going there on the regular. Well made Canadian furniture, unique accessories and their art selection is to die for! I purchased an ultra comfortable sectional for my family room and their team went over the dimensions with me numerous times to make sure I was getting the perfect piece for my home. I will for sure continue purchasing pieces for my home from them. Competitive pricing will give you no reason to drive down to Toronto again.

I first visited the beautiful new furniture and home accessories showroom at Nice Decor in Newmarket just after Christmas and since then Shima and Abbas have been absolutely wonderful in helping me update our bedroom. They took the time to look at pictures of the room I brought in and provided expert decorating advice, making suggestions as to what would work well in the space including size and color choices. They are also very conscious about working within your budget and I am really happy with the room as well as with their excellent customer service. Would highly recommend .

I am really disappointed with the customer service at Niche Decor. After spending $16000.00 on living room furniture and waiting 7 months for delivery. I have called the store 4 x over the last 2 weeks trying to find out when my items will arrive. Nobody has ever called me back. Today I decided to walk into the store to find out when they would arrive and was told “oh they arrived yesterday”. No phone call or email. Then I’m told if I pick up nobody can help load the items into the deliver vehicle. I will not be stepping foot in this store again and really regret giving them my business in the past.

It was a pleasure working with Shima from Niche Decor. It was a unique experience, as the store was closed due to covid. Shima was very helpful in ordering the furniture we selected online. She was also helpful in helping us choose a nightstand for my sons room. Delivery was awesome too. When one of the drawers in the dresser had a small dent, there was no hesitation, Shima made arrangements to pick up the drawer, had it repaired and returned to me within a week! We are so happy with the quality of the furniture and the service we received! We will definitely be returning to Niche Decor in the future!Josie
