In April, I ordered a birthday balloon with roses, a tumbler, a cake jar, chocolates and a gift card inside for my friend. One of a kind all in one gift + packaging. The birthday balloon (finished product) was immaculately elegant and gorgeous. I’m still in love with the color combinations of gold, fuchsia, white w black text.My girlfriend loved her birthday balloon. I loved the signs made for my friends wedding. She made them in a time crunch and they came out so beautifully. She communicated throughout the whole process so I knew what stage the signs were in. Beyond happy with our product. We ordered a large 24x36" acrylic display with vinyl and 3D lettering for our engagement. We received so many compliments on it! It was well worth paying for the 3D lettering as well. We are so proud of the piece that we ordered and hope to display it in our home as a show piece. The customer service was amazing. Ordered photo LED lamp.1. Scratches on the sides, can be clearly seen from a distance.2. She was confused first and put someone else photo on the LED lamp. Changed in the last moment.3. Spelling mistakes and lowercase first letter of name.4. When asked about these problems, she said cannot be fixed.
