Signs Victoria - Douglas Signs

Looks like a nice shop. The gentleman that I was on the phone with took my order. He forgot to call me back twice. A week later I finally called him back and he replied that he had bigger jobs to do. I said I suppose i should get them done somewhere else as I waited a week already. He said ok.The way this was handled was a bit ridicules. I have worked pretty hard in my life. I would have recomended another business or stayed late one day to do my to small order.

Dangerous. Do not hire if children nearby.Employees park their vehicles, dangerously blocking sidewalks and blocking pedestrian access, access to the disabled, and visibility for cyclists. When I asked them to move, two employees started yelling and got very aggressive.Edit: In response to the comment below, the vehicle was not parked on private property but instead illegally on the sidewalk. There was no indication of industrial equipment operating near the sidewalk. Even if there had been equipment operating, it would not have justified the dangerous driving or the aggressive response by you and your staff. This also occured during rush hour - not a time of day traffic is at a bare minimum.If this firm is willing to lie in response to a bad review, I would question their honesty in other areas of work.

Very poor quality signs and service. I was assured that because I was paying a premium cost I would receive an above average product. This was not the case.The timeframe they initially gave me was way off. The day before I was supposed to pick up my order I received a message saying that there would be a one week delay. This happened twice.The signs were meant to be weatherproof but within a month the materials started to separate.Would not recommend.
