I called to inquire about a certain product and an extremely rude Chinese man with a thick accent screamed at me before hanging up the phone abruptly. I ended up buying the same product online for $35 opposed to $100 despite the fact that money was no issue and I would’ve paid the extra amount to bypass the wait time. It’s their loss. Maybe they should focus on customer service and if that’s such a difficult task to do for a Chinese man then don’t have a store front.

One of my friends told me about MFHarmony store. Best store in town, reasonable price.

Nice shop, going back for sure

I have bad experience with them because I reclaim for a product of bad quality and they don’t give solutions! They sell products that bad quality! Be carful! I don’t recommend this store! They take my money! It is unfair!

I wandered in. The dude working at the cash stared at me everywhere I went in the store as I tried to see what's available. I was curios to see the costumes selection more than anything to come and maybe buy in the future. In Canada staring in an accusatory way is culturally considered rude. It was indescribably uncomfortable particularly as a woman alone. I don't need anything there that badly that I'd go back for it.

Went in with my boyfriend. Found the attendant quite rude and not knowledgeable about the carried products.The items were definitely more expensive than online,which I usually don't mind since I like to be able to see the products before purchasing and supporting local. However, this was was not an option here at all, which is frustrating when the attendant can't answer questions about the product nor can we see the product...Attendant kept barking at us not to open the products even though we were not attempting to (we asked initally if he would open a product for us to see, the answer was no and we respected that but that seem to spark him telling us not to open the product every time we touched a box)..needless to say I felt that I did not want to support this store/experience.However on the plus side, the store was clean and organized.

It's a really nice store with lots of selections，the friendly asian young boy working there is very patient and helpful. He was able to demo the product tester to me, showed me how it works. He can understand what I need, then show me the most suitable product for me. I'd recommend the store to my friends.
