Beer, Wine & Liquor Delivery App - Deliverr

Paid for delivery and driver never dropped off and they charged my credit card and won’t refund me or answer emails or phone calls., apparently they don’t need to check ID when delivering alcohol as they must of delivered to a neighbour. Horrible experience..

This order was over 1 hour late from the scheduled arrival time - I am actually still waiting as I write this review. Just go to the shop to get it yourself. The shop I ordered from was literally a 3 minute walk away... take your house guests with you lol and save the time you would waste.

The service was very bad. The driver did not bring me what I ordered: I ordered a bottle of wine, and he brought me a box of wine, which cost much more. Then the receipt he sent me was dated two weeks before I ordered. I complained to the company, and the driver then provided what they called the correct receipt. It was dated the day after I received my order, so it was not the correct receipt either. The driver also claimed he phoned me several times, but there were no calls from his number on my phone. So far the company has done nothing to help. I will not be using this service again.

My wife and I really enjoy their service. We order every Friday evening to stock up for the week. We just like that we don't have to drive to the store to get our liquor, specially since COVID. Their service fee adds up a bit but it's worth for the convenience.

I agree with all the complaints. You will always be charged more than bill total and on many occassions you could wait up to 4hours or not get it. You can't get through to chat or by phone a lot of the time either.

It's been a year we've been using this app. The orders are delivered on time and drivers are friendly. I like that they verify the ID if someone other than me receives the order at door. That's professional liquor delivery!

The WORST liquor delivery service! Their shopper/drivers drivers are sloppy and don’t care. I have had an order delivered totally to the wrong address (with me being billed for it). They have also delivered wrong products on more than one occasion. They are dishonest as their promised pricing to match sale items at in store sale prices is totally false. They are basically just a huge rip off. If you do order from them carefully go over the amount you were billed…there is a big chance you will have been overcharged.

I placed a order and it was accepted. Two hours later I got nothing. I messaged the support team but they were unavailable. Now I've been waiting 4 hours for my delivery. I don't know if they will ever show up. My card has been charged and nothing to show for it. Something tells me there's a scam here.If you want to use this service, expect significant delays. They will also try to take your money without any service at all.

TL;DR: Item did not arrive, support did not issue a refund, and I had to dispute the charge.Due to COVID and coming into contact with a person at high-risk multiple times I decided to order a 12 pack of beer.The pick-up location was right across the street from my delivery location. After the app told me the shopper was at the store I waited an hour before contacting support. They only asked I give the shopper more time - fair enough.I waited another hour and tried to contact them again - but their support was closed. I was up until 2:00am that night and the item never arrived.I then sent a message requesting a refund since the item never arrived - I have a security system hooked up showing no one came to the door with the item and I don't have any phone records for anyone trying to contact me.The next morning support informed me they had tried to contact me several times (I have no phone records for this) and delivered the item to a guy named Evan / Ethan and took a picture. That's great - I don't know anyone named Evan / Ethan and telling me they delivered it to someone who is clearly not me isn't exactly a defence.I asked for a refund and was not given one. Instead, I had to dispute the charge. I am extremely disappointed with the experience. Not only could they not own up to a mistake - they made it a point to not look after their customer.
