Beso's is the BESTo. We have been taking our dog there for about two years now. Before that, she had never been to a groomer. Both Ian and Lisbeth are gentle, caring and knowledgeable. They take their time and do an awesome job. This is customer service at its best!

It’s actually Furry Tails nowadays. Three sympathetic employees and a lot of dogs awaiting their bipedal friends after appointment. Fast, high quality, dependable service

Since Lisbeth went on maternity leave this place has gone steadily downhill. The husband is totally disorganised and unable to keep to the promised time within an hour.Also the place is not clean. I brought my Pekingese in at 9 am on a Monday morning and the floor was covered in huge clumps of white hair, obviously from the day before as the only other dog in there was a black spaniel who hadn't been started on yet.. I later learned that his appointment was for 8.30 am.When I called at 1 pm to see if my liittle one was ready yet, I was asked for 20 to 30 minutes more.When I want to pick him up 1/2 hour later, he still wasn't ready.There were now 4 dogs in the waiting area, non of whom looked like they had been groomed yet. There was pee on the floor and the doggies were walking through it.I waited another 55 minutes while he finished grooming my Pekingese.It was 2.35 before he was ready to leave.This is totally unacceptable, and I won't be returning until Lisbeth is back from maternity leave.

This place is completely a disaster for my little one. The male staff has ZERO knowledge on how to wash a cat, but he did take the appointment!!!! I went there ON TIME and he was still not ready. DIRTY everywhere! He shaved my little one without sanitary clip!???? Cut my little one's nail with regular scissors, and he said it's OKAY?!! Such an unprofessional place. He even want myself to dry the cat. For this kind of service he insist to charge me full fee!!? I cannot understand how this dirty place has so many five stars. NEVER back again!Pics are the time that my cat back home, everything is not done. If your wife is on maternity leave then you should inform the customers ahead that you are not familiar on cat grooming, NOT calling your wife and ask how to wash a cat while you are with a customer!

Lisbeth is wonderful, compassionate and great with our dog. She did an amazing job on her full groom.

Went to this place after the male staff member did such a wonderful job on my friends Australian shephard’s coat, we never thought the dog could look that handsome based on all of the crappy haircuts from other groomers he had. I took my 20 pound maine coon cat for a shave where the owner paid special attention to him, reading his body language and physical signs for stress/discomfort. We took lots of breaks, ensuring my kitty was comfortable. After a bit, my cat was actually dozing off and purring; THATS how comfortable he was. Even at the end the male owner tried to get me to skip the tip, which I did not, and never would for service that wonderful! Thank you Besos, I will continue to support a small business such as yours by recommending everyone to you guys!

Lisabeth as been grooming my dogs for about 9 years now she is simply amazing she is worth 5 + stars, you won't be disappointed if she's the one grooming your dog. If you want a great haircut for your dog make sure it is done by Lisabeth.

The care Lisbeth gives our dogs is what I really appreciate. She is knowledgeable and is very detail oriented. If she notices anything out of the ordinary on their skin, she lets me know. The environment has a warm home-style feel to it. I have confidence that they are safe and in the hands of good people. I highly recommend this salon for your fur babies!

I have not even gone there with my dog yet, and lizabeth the owner made me feel so great! Such customer service on the phone before I go!The reason I called was to tell her about a bad experience I had at Furry Tails on Iris, and Condon! I was calling to make her aware, and not to recommend anyone there.It was like night, and day, and the way she made me feel, and the great customer service! She was also very knowledgeable about what dogs need while they are being groomed!!She was telling me how the dogs are pampered while they are being groomed, and how they get to run around, and play while; snd in between the grooming.She also said if the dog is distressed in anyway she stops, and let's them have a break to play with the other dogs running around.This place sounds so perfect! The dogs seem to be so pampered,and number 1. This is an atmosphere I like, and would recommend it, and I will go there for my next grooming session! But, I definitely will never go, or recommend Furry Tails to anyone! The customer service is lousy, and they dont even interact with the dogs there.
