One of the worst service I have seen. They are charging fair difference without any reason. Even though due to Covid 19 there is no chance or policy to collect additional charges. Please do not go for a booking. Try to get tickets through online.

Terrible travel agency! I wanted to change my flight due to my illness and return sooner and they wanted to charge a $650 penalty to change my flight return to an earlier date. That amount is as much as my round trip!

I bought a Air Canada return ticket from Toronto to Delhi, for 26th April 2019, AC043 fright route has been changed from Delhi to Vancouver then Toronto, now there is no longer direct flight from Delhi to Toronto, I request to agent that I am a disable and medical problem, cannot travel long hrs, flight taking one and half time, I request for cancel my ticket and full amount refund, she said" I will charge $450/ for cancel."
